My service rep was a fellow named Ben. He could not have been nicer or more helpful, and in fact he made this transaction/contract a pleasure. He gives Spectrum a very positive image indeed.

I give you a two because everything you set up for me dodnt work way you said DirecTV wanted to put their internet on our roof an we had told you we didn't want that you said we shouldn't have to pay install our security but we did on DirecTV they had plan boxes no record or nothing I'm not happy with this Hughes has been the only one that has install right So far.
