In the future it could have find some one a little cheaper than Mediacom. Just for internet service I think they was a little bit high. I still think the company for helping me. They do have internet and WiFi service for the area my daughter live in Fitzgerald Ga. THANKS AGAIN Ms. Joann Barnes

United States | 09 January 2019after a very trying appt with cox cable who basically told me that they couldn't provide me service unless i rearranged my bedroom and living room and move my desk to another location because of where they would have to run cables to hook up i thanked the young man and called and cancelled my service with them and then called inmyarea and they got me a better deal with centurylink and direct tv and an appt the very next day (waited almost a week for cox) so all in all my experience was a great one now we'll see if centurylink and direct tv can get me up and running which will make this 74 year old woman very happy

United States | 06 January 2019Absolutely horrible. Waited over an hour the paid 125$ for a guy to just unlock my truck which took a whole 2 minute. If you call and say I’ll be there in 30 minutes then it should take you over an hour to get there. 125$ is way over paying.

United States | 05 January 2019CONSUMERS BEWARE! I was researching internet providers in my area and clicked on a phone number I mistakenly thought would contact the provider directly. However my call was answered by a 3rd party trying to sell me a bundle tv/internet package. She informed me of exorbitant fees tacked on if I ordered internet only. Fees that would be waived if I agreed to the shiny bundle package. Upon contacting the internet provider directly I found they waived their installation fee WITHOUT any bundle. This website has incredibly deceptive practices and sales people very adept at avoiding the real answers to your questions. Contact companies directly and verify you're speaking to them directly. Not a 3rd party trying to profit from your lack of knowledge.

The person I talked with was very personable and kind. And he knew the answers to all my questions. It was a pleasent surprise too that it took me less than 20 minutes to take care of everything.
