The young woman I spoke with (name of Marcy or Marcie or Marsee) anyway you spell it she was great. Provided all the info I needed, gave me clear options and didn't try to steer me one way or another. Job well done.

Even though they didn't offer the services I needed in my area the rep(Ben! He was so wonderful and helpful and friendly five stars for you Ben!) gave me more information about other providers so I knew I could make the right choices even though he couldn't sell to me. I will use this service again when I move somewhere else and need another internet option. Great service.
