We’ve been with LingoAce for 2 years and recently renewed our package. We did the pre-school program for 2 years and decided to switch to their SG MOE Curriculum program as the lessons are aligned with the MOE textbook. It was great to be able to revise the content in line with what they learn at schools.

The customer service member is great. Patience, efficiency, and professionalism.

Seems like there are some issues with communication between teachers and consultants. We had discussions with the trail lesson teacher and the consultant. But when it was time for the formal lesson, the new teacher seemed had no idea about what we discussed before. Hope it will improve next lesson.

It's hard to find good chinese teachers. I'm glad that i found LingoAce. They offer good quality chinese lessons. My daughter had a wonderful experience with her trial lesson that i decided to get the full package. William is very helpful and was able to thoroughly explain the curriculum. Highly recommended!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with LingoAce. They hire teachers in bulk, make you go through multiple training sessions, and then give you zero classes. It’s a complete bait-and-switch. After completing all the required steps, I waited for class assignments that never came. What’s worse is their complete lack of communication. If you try to reach out to management or support, you’re met with silence. No responses, no guidance—just pure neglect. It’s clear they mass-hire with no real intention of giving everyone work. This company is completely unprofessional and does not respect teachers' time or effort. If you’re considering applying, don’t waste your energy. There are plenty of better platforms out there that actually support their educators and provide work. Stay away!

We are refer to lingoAce by a friend that their children fall in love with the lessons and let our kids to have a trial class. After the class feedback from my girl as the lesson times is sufficient for my girl to focus and by attending this LingoAce the teacher is encouraging and engaging to the kid.
