I personally recommend LingoAce as I met a very patient class advisor and he really do his best to match my girl her desired teacher. Finally I signed up for a package and every time I visit the class I felt very happy when I saw my girl very into the interaction with the teacher and willing to complete all the homework on time. 1 more point to be given is their reminder function for both class and homework. It was very useful for parents to monitor the progress.

My children used LingoAce for a year, the service was not as expected. Firstly we found out our teacher quite often not correct homework well, for example didn’t point out grammar mistakes and also some spelling mistakes. Then sometimes they missed classes and there is no one inform parents in advance. They said the system will send you messages or email but never received. It’s not an online class I would recommend to my friends.

She start to chat with me in mandarin :-) I have send her to chinese tuition center for more than a year but everytime she is reluctance to attend the tuition class until her classmate mother recommended LingoAce to me. By just attending a couple of online classes here, she started to try to communicate with me in mandarin instead of only in english. I am amazed how fast she inproved. Thank you LingoAce. :-)

Only just started with LingoAce after hearing various positive feedback. Satisfied with the service received. Fiona was easy to communicate with and organised too! Most importantly very competent teachers who have made the learning great fun for my kid. Love the apps too!

We signed up for the trial for my kid and it was an engaging and interactive session. My kid likes the class very much so we decided to sign up for their package which are reasonably priced.

My daughter enjoys the classes and the teachers are nurturing and engaging. They made the classes interesting for the children.

I heard many great things about LingoAce from friends hence we decided to give it a try with trial lesson. Course consultant Amelia is very patient with all my questions and teacher is very energetic/professional. Great experience so far!
