A Chinese friend of mine recommended this app and we found it’s amazing. I’ve tried some other platforms and they were normally focused on conversation only. As my girl has learned Mandarin over 7 years, we needed something can strengthen her reading and writing skills. It has its own platform(not zoom or skype). I can get in touch with staffs promptly whenever I want.

I chanced upon LingoAce online recently and decided to sign up for a trial lesson for my two children. The course consultant, Amelia Law got in touch with me within a day. She was very helpful and thorough in understanding my children's background, the proficiency level of their Chinese language and also my expectations for them in their learning. Within 2 days, my children were able to get onto the trial lessons and they enjoyed the sessions very much as it was very interactive and the teachers were engaging. I could also see that efforts have been put in by the teachers to get the children to learn through play and understand the concepts of how the Chinese characters are formed instead of the usual drilling them to write and memorize. Without any second thoughts, I know that this is the way for my children to have interest in learning Chinese and enjoy it. I look forward to the day they would be confident to converse with me and the family members in Chinese.

My children took the Lingoace Online Chinese Class since 1 year ago. With the guidance of the teachers, they improve alots and no longer fear of Chinese.

The teaching material and teacher-student interaction was great. However, there seem to be constant hiccups in playing the audio from the video during the class, as well as during assignment.

Both Teacher Wang and consultant Zi Jie were very patient and helpful to my child and myself. Teacher was lively, supportive & encouraging to my child during lesson. My child enjoyed the lesson and the interaction with teacher and gained more confidence in the language. Lesson was well paced and engaging!
