Software very friendly,Teacher is great! But homework submitting can be more efficient. The system should allow PDF format for submitting homework, one doc can cover all, without having to scan to multiple jpeg files.

1. Tired many times for the payment through atome. In the end it is still not successful. Wasted a lot of time. 2. iPad voucher took more 3 weeks after the payment. Still pending... 3. The promoter is good and the response is quite fast. But after the payment, the learning advisors’ response is not timely.

My daughter was hesitant at first, as was I, thinking how effective would it be to learn something completely new via online. I was pleasantly surprised by how encouraging the learning process was, how interactive and patient the class curriculum is. This is actually much better compared to an offline language course she took a year ago. I’m glad we decided to give this a try.

There was a little bit confusion at the beginning of the courses especially for the first couple of classes. I found out that the topic was the same with different episodes. After a few weeks, I realised that the topic usually keeps for 2-3 weeks which is good now. Please ignore my previous concern from last message. Thank you.

My daughter’s Chinese language instructor is very patient and yet passionate about teaching Chinese. My daughter has enjoyed attending lessons and doing homework.

I want to give it 10 stars if I could ! Teachers were amazing, very patience and helpful with my kids . Kids absolutely love the class!

I think the class deck is very well designed and our teacher, Miss Meng is very responsible. She always gives encouragements and explain to parent about the progress after every lesson.

My family has tried LingoBus and now is using LingoAce. I have to say that LingoAce seems like a much better option. First of all, the same teacher stays with the student so the progress is monitored. There is a very small amount of homework, to help the teacher understand how much of the class content was absorbed and learned. This also gives the student a chance to test their understanding of the content. The class teacher is always in contact to update any issues that there are. The feedback is real time and very detailed. The parent has full understanding of the progress. Very happy with the system

Great online platform. It’s fun, interesting and engaging to learn Chinese. My son enjoys it and hopefully it continues. Teachers are patient, though I really hope they are more committed in getting results from her students with constantly setting goals and ensuring her students are improving, rather than just taking every lessons as just a lesson and move on to the next. In short, let's aim for 2 ways achievement for both the teacher and student! Consultant Li Lin is very professional, responsive and helpful when we need assistance. She also provides adequate information when we are in doubt. Thanks!
