After sales service is very poor, there is no communication between learning advisor and the teacher. The teacher herself admitted this that nothing communicated to her despite important information has been passed on. The teacher promoted herself and asked if we would like to have extra class (i.e., 2 classes per week), I responded that I would consider but did not promise her right away. She discontinued lessons with my daughter since, this is a huge impact on my daughter as she has been asking for her until now. We have been given a new teacher, her performance is different than in the video the company showed us. She is inexperienced, just wanted to get through the class, not enthusiastic, had phone with her during the class and got distracted. She is just going through the power point slides which any parents can do at home, what is a teacher for? We have raised this concern to the learning advisor, she asked us to give the teacher another chance and we did. The learning advisor does not have efficient communication, often miscommunicate, misinterpreted or ended conversation with sorry and that's the end. We are still truly disappointed with the teacher. The learning advisor then went disappeared, she did not respond to us promptly. Customer service is not helpful, they can't communicate with the teacher, they can't provide money back, they can't find us a better teacher. Initially I was being reassured that they have many teachers available to teach overseas students and time difference should not be a problem, in fact, they don't have many teachers available.

The Mandarin teacher and learning platform is excellent. Child is engaged throughout the 55mins session. I don't like the way the company incentivises social media shares (if you share with friends you get significant free classes), but we did manage to find a package that did not require it.

I take 2 courses of Chinese and math class with you but unfortunately, don’t like the system how you redeem the point!! First, I bought a math course when I had problems about redeem point , the advisor help me immediately so I am so impressed. So I feel if you get a good advisor when you have problem they will help you to solve problems right away so i decided to buy another course which is Chinese course now I got the new advisor for Chinese class I feel when she needs me to buy a course. she tried so hard to contact me but after I bought a course when I got problem she hardly answer my questions and also didn’t help me so much to solve it so I just feel so upset But the teacher who teach my girl is so nice and kids love to learn with them I have problems about redeem the point I tried to post the poster so many time but my point didn’t show and i asked her since last Tuesday now I didn’t get the answer

Teachers for online class are very animated, engaging and patient with my boys. I also find it easy to arrange, amend and cancel the online lessons.
