Good experience with Lingoace. Teacher is great for my daughter.

We have been with Lingoace since one year ago and the experience has been great! Lessons are interactive and interesting, keeps my son engaged. Teachers are good too, they provide feedback so that we can follow up on our children's progress.

My kids have been with LingoAce for the past 3 years and I have seen improvements in him for his grades as well as his interest for the subject as the teacher is engaging to make the lesson enjoyable.

My 8 years old likes the lessons and her teacher. It's been engaging and well prepared. There is no hassle when needed to reschedule as well.

Absolutely a 5 star for our teacher Hanmeng Sun whom we have stayed with for around 2 years. We highly recommend her! We were so fortunate to be matched with teacher Sun who could speak in English and several languages like Russian and French. She has a great personality and engages well with our young children. Her patience is incredible and incomparable to other substitute teachers. She actively find ways to help our children to improve Mandarin and changed a programme to suit our little one’s interest and level of understanding. She is very knowledgeable! We just couldn’t ask for a better teacher. Our learning advisor, Léa, is probably the most organised, fastest and considerate admin we’ve had from LingoAce. Léa goes the extra mile by following up and sending extra resources and practice materials to help our struggling little one. She has definitely raised the bar as an admin, sometimes like a teaching partner and sincerely cares for our children’s progress and for myself as a parent. Before Léa, we didn’t have a great experience for the admin side, constantly passed from one learning advisor to another based in different countries without our knowledge. There were lack of responses, no support, nothing was transparent and no apologies from the managerial team even after a long complaint message. This 5 star is just for teacher Sun and Léa who are evidently working hard. Without them, we would have discontinued with LingoAce. I agree with other parents, the packages are becoming way too expensive. We have been stretching our budget.

We have used LingoAce for two years now and like it for its flexibility, teaching based on MOE syllabus and convenience to learn at home.

My child have been doing Chinese lessons with Lingoace for about a year and we have seen a hugh improvement in terms of speech, vocabulary and general understanding of the language. The teacher that is teaching my child is very on the ball, very patient, extremely passionate and knows how to motivate my child to learn better. My child actually asked for more lessons. As for the administrative part of Lingoace, our Learning Advisor have been extremely helpful, very responsive, very patient, and for a parent who is very busy, our Learning Advisor makes arrangements a breeze. She is also very on the ball and I'm amazed to how quick and organized she is. Overall, I'm more than satisfied as the level of service and quality of teaching is top notch. I highly recommend the Chinese class for Lingoace.

My son has been on Lingoace for about 2 years. What I like is the one to one time with a very proficient chinese teacher that gives very exclusive time for him to pick up mandarin conversation. Also, the interactive platform is very useful in making learning fun. Last of all it is at the comfort of your own home so it is fuss free.

We have been with LingoAce for 4 years from pre school to now primary school. Coming from a family that predominantly speaks English, LingoAce has helped supplemented her Chinese knowledge and smooth transition to primary school. I like that I do not have to send my kids to a tuition center and lessons can be conducted anywhere, even while on holiday.

My daughter enrolled with LingoAce since P2, the interactive course materials and activities got her engaged. I used to spend a lot of time daily coaching her on her Chinese langauge but it wasn’t as effective as LingoAce. She is now P5 and we have again decided to continue to stay on LingoAce program.

My daughter did the trail lesson few years back and signup lessons immediatelyafter that. Wendy has been very helpful to arrange the lessons. Teacher is great. My daughter has scored A1 for both her O-Level Chinese and Higher Chinese.

Schedule problem! My daughter has been doing chinese class on Saturday 8.30 am. We bought a package for the whole year. Now, all the classes were canceled with unknown reason.

The student numbers are very low even when opening a large number of sessions on your schedule. The company makes excuses about sending payment to teachers. Firstly we have to wait two weeks to receive our payment from the company. When payment is not received they blame the recipient bank and tell you it will cost you some fees to send the payment a second time. They also have no accurate system to record when teachers sell a trial class, or when classes are cancelled last minute by students, so we have to contact them about all this to make sure we are paid correctly. Very unprofessional company with highly disorganised systems. Cannot trust them to pay you correctly or to pay you at all.

My Course Consultant, Peggy has done an excellent job in recommending a suitable product for me child. She has also been actively answering my queries with ongoing support, highly recommend LingoAce.

My child had an engaging experience during the trial class with Qian Laoshi. I find the interaction with the company’s consultant, Ms Peggy, seamless and efficient. She’s very punctual with replies and shares clear information.

1-1 Lessons are engaging, e-learning eliminates traveling time, and children can replay lessons to revise.

My daughter recently attended the trial session and she loves it, requesting for daily sessions. We signed her up and hope that she will gain from her lessons and build a strong mandarin foundation.
