My son had a positive experience during the trial class with the friendly and experienced teacher, Li, and the excellent support staff, Emily. As a result, we’ve decided to sign up for LingoAce’s online classes.

Structured online Chinese lessons with lots of opportunities for interaction. The whole lesson can also be reviewed for learning from weak points during the lesson. The teacher was very competent.

My girl was totally engrossed with the lesson taught and the pleasant Chinese teacher online during trial lesson. She loves how patient the teacher were and the encouragement given when task completed. She was able to focus and the teacher was engaging as well.

Their major course is excellent and I actually enjoyed teaching it. The problem came from their subpar ELA course that they sell even though the courses are severely lacking and oftentimes incomplete. This leads teachers to not be able to teach the material as expected. It's not our job to create curriculum but they blame the teachers anyway and I was one of them. They decided to not renew my contract after I informed them of the flaws with the ELA course. As of May 15, LingoAce is illegally withholding my final paycheck after denying my contract renewal without notice of cause. They failed to give me a reason for not renewing my contract and now they are withholding my final pay knowing that it will not accumulate to $100.00 because they aren't renewing my contract. There's no way for me to work more hours to make the "minimum" for the deposit and they know that. They are making pathetic excuses not to pay me for the time I teach, they have zero teacher empathy making this company one of the worst on the market. If you teach with them only teach math and Major course. The ELA course is NOT complete even though they keep trying to sell it. They know it's incomplete and poorly made, too because they kept asking for teachers to review it, but they decline your contract renewal if you criticize the materials. They punish you if a parent complains and do zero investigation even though some complaints may be racist in nature. They just punish the teacher and ignore any inquiries or feedback from teachers to improve the teaching experience. DO NOT TEACH HERE!

I was looking for a good option to supplement my kids (6yo and 4yo) mandarin learning. We tried a trial lesson for each of the children. The teacher is engaging and platform is easy to use. My children surprisingly enjoyed the interactive lesson and was asking me when the next one was! The lessons come with games, videos and even though my 4yo was very shy at first, she quickly warmed up to the teacher. The bonus for parents is that I do not have to drive the kids anywhere, the lessons are in the comfort of our home and logistics of scheduling/rescheduling the lessons are done seamlessly via the app.
