Does not work for all kids. Child tends to get distracted with all the tools on the app. Not as good as most people think. Teacher also mostly from China, some cannot speak English. So very hard for the child to learn Chinese from scratch. Also the recent Learning Advisors are no longer in Singapore. Heard from one of them that the whole Singapore team is gone. With no support team in Singapore, how can I trust to continue classes. I was also shock to see that there are so many bad reviews in glassdoor that many staff in Singapore is being laid off. Is the company closing down soon. If yes, all the more to not buy too many credits. I have too much credits purchased so no choice now and hope they don't close down so fast.
