LingoAce 学习平台真的好，在老师的耐心教育下孩子成长了很多，中文进步了好多，至少可以用中文字微信聊天，哈哈😄，孩子超级喜欢授课钱老师和学管赵老师，非常感谢老师的辛勤付出

My consultant is always there to support whenever needed. She helps to change the schedule and match qualified teacher upon my son’s character. The new teacher we just changed is always put herself on my son’s shoes and guide him on learning patiently. Be honest, my son has too many other things to do so he doesn’t spend too much time on learning Chinese, thank you for LingoAce. They are good platform to learn Chinese overseas:)

We had a great experience from beginning to now with our coordinator Zoe and our teacher Zhou Laoshi! They make it pleasant and are very welcoming and helpful team! My son has so much fun in the class, he tells me how great it is afterwards! The teacher really has a talent for teaching and enjoys what she does. My child’s Chinese has dramatically improved since starting these classes 2x per week.

Trash!!! Arranged a trial lesson. But No one send me the link. Called office number No one answer the phone. I couldn't find anyone to help until few days later that person contacted me again. How can I trust a company like this?!

All the stuff are so friendly and super fast responses. The teacher Mrs. Fan Zhang is awesome. The most great Chinese teacher we’ve ever met. We will definitely continue LingoAce

The teacher is good but the service from the company is not good. First, they keep changing the learning advisor. Second, the learning advisor does not have sufficient knowledge on the modules and the child progress. Third, the customer service does not have the authority to book a lesson less than 12 hours in advance even when the cancellation was done due to their mistake!

Excellent interactive platform. My kid was already enjoying the Khan Academy kids app, this immersive and fun way of learning English with LingoAce Is really worth it. The teacher is making the difference here. Looking forward to the results on a long run. Sounds promising.

These 5 stars are for the course consultant, Fion who has gone above and beyond for me and my children. She has made a huge difference in why I'm staying with lingoace. As I have already mentioned to her, she has been very efficient, incredibly patient and excellent in customer service. Lingoace should be proud to have a staff like her. Without her support, I would've stopped signing up because the app and the course programs are extremely confusing. There needs to be a clearer process on what happens after the trial class.

Platform always hangs, IT support are non existent, when I tried to postpone class nothing is updated and still getting calls for not turning up in class. I rather pay someone to teach on zoom without any of these product issues

Both my kids enjoy the lessons with Lingoace as the teacher is very interactive and knows how to engage the kids well. Customer service experienced so far has always been responsive and prompt and the consultants have been extremely helpful too! Highly recommended!

Great teacher, great service support, very satisfied overall.

Staff are able to efficiently answer enquiries and assist with technical difficulties.i didn't have to worry about rescheduling classes, as the mediating staff was able to remember the dates I needed to change for my daughter's class. My daughter loves attending her class with her current teacher and majority of the make up classes the teachers were all very positive and encouraging. Keep up the good work lingo ace!

It's not easy to find good Chinese classes in Australia. We have had been to a few classes locally before we settled for LingoAce. We have been with LingoAce for years as the teacher is very patient and I can see tremendous improvements in my child's progress. She will be able to read Chinese characters and also use them in her conversation, which honestly surprises me at times. The materials are good as well. So, 5 stars for LingoAce!

My little girl Sunny loves LingoAce and she has made fantastic improvement. She can both read fluently and write smoothly.

My son has been learning Chinese in Lingoace for almost one year. The teacher is really nice and patient. The lessons are suitable for children in different levels.It's a good platform for children to learn Chinese.Highly recommend.

The teaching team is amiable and experienced. They have put great efforts into communicating the needs of students+parents, designing customizable teaching materials, and giving very constructive comments/feedback. We are taking Chinese and English courses with Lingoace for only 6 months and the experience has been highly positive. It is highly recommended to students oversea.
