My son has learned Chinese with LingoAce since last summer. He has two classes every week. Although he has to finish some homework twice a week, he doesn’t complain anything about these classes. His teacher is very patient and knowledgeable, so he likes to communicate with her. I feel he has improved a lot. We both recommend LingoAce online Chinese class.

在朋友的推荐下，开始了lingoace的中文学习。之前在其他中文网上机构也参加过体验课，但lingoace让我感觉更能让孩子学习到东西，更能让孩子开口。果然一年多的学习，孩子现在可以也愿意说些简单的句子了，和国内的家人也可以更好的沟通了，感觉lingoace是花钱花得最值得的一门课程了。

My daughter started LingoAce journey since July 2022 and we have seen an improvement in her willingness to use the language in her daily conversation with us. She has also shown an improvement in her chinese score in the recent exam and request to continue her higher chinese journey. LingoAce Materials are well planned and structured and has proved to be useful for children .

My son started with lingoace since july and he make huge improvement, really glad to to let him go with lingoace , the 1-1 session really help him to improve and love chinese even more

I signed up for a new package recently and have been doing their classes for a while. The classes are fine and the teachers we’ve experienced are ok so far. However, be warned that they use disgusting tactics to get you to get more referrals for them. There was a ‘new users benefits’ program in my Lingoace connect app that allows you to get some rewards after completing different tasks within one month of signing up (e.g. completing Facebook advertising, assignments, etc). The final task was to get a friend to complete a trial lesson within one month of signing up. After I eventually completed all 5 tasks including getting a friend to do a trial, the ‘benefit program’ suddenly disappeared from my home page. When I contacted customer service about the issue, their reply was that the benefit is not applicable to me! If it doesn’t apply to me, it shouldn’t even appear on my page. Since it appeared on my page and I completed all the tasks, I should be honored with the promised reward and not given such a stupid excuse. If you’re a new user and this ‘new user benefit’ appears on your page! Take note that it is just a scam!!! Update: A customer service personnel, Merrisa, followed up with me after this review and I have since received the additional points as advertised in the 'new user benefits' program.

My boy has been having Chinese lesson from UK. It has been months without a coordinating teacher supporting our account. There have been more than two times that the app didn’t work, and there’s nobody to find to support. Lessons were charged without attending. Even I contacted the Facebook and WeChat customer service, there’s still no coordinating teacher showing up to follow my case. Think before you join.

My boys are attending their P5 “ Blending” classes weekly . Consists of both weekday On zoom lesson - 1.5 hours . As well as attending physical in class session on weekend . Both love the interaction between teachers and them . And learning Chinese . They find the notes very useful for revision .

My daughter has been learning Mandarin with Lingoace more than a year. Obviously, the learning structures are well planned and organised. It assists my daughter to understand and go through every topics easily and she loves the way that Lingoace turns work into fun and interesting learning activities. Nowadays she is able to communicate in simple Mandarin comfortablely.

Been sending my girl to Somerset weekly for the Chinese class (which she hates a lot before Lingoace) and now she is always so excited to be going there. Kimberly has been really helpful in everything that I asked from my girl’s performance to academic to time table and she even follow up on whether my girl attend classes (make up) when we were down with Covid. I was skeptical at first but now I have signed my girl till PSLE. Sadly they do not have secondary classes.. haha.
