I had a good and positive experience working with Tina to ship my car to SC. My rating would be 4.5 if that was possible through the site rating system. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is when I started the process I thought I was dealing with the company that owns the shipping trucks not with a broker which lead the price in the initial quote increase. This's to no fault of Tina but rather to the increase of gas prices drivers were asking for more money but I would suggest to make this clear either in the contract or in the first conversation with customers. Overall good and happy experience would use Crystal Car Shipping again

Rowan was really helpful and great Only problem I have is the way the industry works I was given price of $925 And then driver didn’t pickup car and later price was jacked up $1300 So it’s the way the make price high as compared to original price Rowan was nice and helpful and I guess not sure if it’s crystal company or industry for the increase I ended up paying

Quote wasn’t as accurate as I hoped. More than 48% difference from what I was quoted than what I paid. But they did ship my car with great care an delivered on time. Beware of low quotes to get you to use them.

Crystal Car Shipping did a very good job with transporting my purchased car from Idaho to Michigan. I worked with Tina and she kept me informed every step of the was and provided good communications. CCS gave me a very competitive quote back in March but by the time the car was actually shipped in May fuel prices had increased dramatically. Nevertheless Tina worked with me to find a carrier that was able to move the car for a fair price. I would use them again and would recommend their services to others!

I had requested some quotes online and started getting tons of calls from random numbers and quotes varied from $600-$2000 so that made it very hard to make a decision because I didn’t know what company was legit. After doing some research I came across Crystal car and read the reviews. After researching and talking with one of their agents I went ahead and did a contract with them everything went smooth the only thing was a price to change a little bit because of the area the car was being shipped out of it was OK I still got my vehicle and everything was smooth and they followed up with me throughout the time that I requested information all the way up until the day after I received my vehicle .

We decided to ship our Van from Gonzales, Texas to Sacramento, CA last minute. Out of about 15 businesses, Crystal was the only one that was in our budget. The quoted price did go up a little, but due to gas prices that was understandable. Not sure if it was luck or the amazing customer service of Violet from Crystal Car Shipping, but my Van was picked up only two days after making the arrangements, and it was delivered within 5 days of leaving Texas. I am very happy with the service, and plan to use them again. I will also be promoting them when I can for fast, affordable and complete service!

I had a pretty positive experience with Crystal Car Shipping. My coordinator, Piper, kept me well informed through out the process. I definitely recommend her and I will reach out to her and this company first for all my future shipping needs. One thing I would suggest to improve is the final shipping price was different from the initial quote, hopefully can do better to avoid such surprises.
