Connor Santana was extremely helpful through the whole process, he walked me through the entire breakdown (this was my first time shipping). When there was a last minute cancellation with my driver, he stepped into quick action, making sure I got rescheduled right away and kept me informed throughout the whole process. To me, this marks a sign of great customer service, keeping the individual informed so that they understand what is going on in the background. Overall, everyone I spoke to at Crystal Car was customer service oriented, patient and friendly. I'd definitely book with them again if I ever needed.
