The booking and updates to my booking were done well. The hotel was very nice, Caribbean world resorts but trying to get someone who would help from meeting point reps was terrible. Although the other meeting point reps spoke English they refused to help with our transfer queries to our nile cruise, in the end I had to contact UK for help which cost me £28.90 phonecall. The cruise ship was different to the one booked but it was same layout, staff were fantastic on board the nile odyssey. The meeting point ref and our egyptologist was very knowledgeable but the part that spolied it for me was the cutting short of time in the temples, valley of the Kings etc to be shown to shops which make papyrus or alabaster things, then taken to a spice market in which you had to pass a million others before reaching the person he knew. If I had wanted to see these things I would have gone myself, I felt extremely short changed of time in the places I wanted to spend time in. Apart from this the experience was brilliant and would look to book egypt with egypt escapes again but do a nile cruise and not book excursions but would go to where I wanted in a taxi, without having it interrupted. A couple on our boat done this and seen exactly the same as us if not more. Update on phone call, refund given and a little extra cannot fault the customer service here well done egypt escapes looking forward to doing a nile cruise with a visit to cairo soon and will rebook with you.

Due to recent advents I am very disappointed with advisors at this company.. The man i spoken to named David was very helpful and seemed genuine. The woman was completely opposite. Very much patronizing, rude , offensive, This woman should be chastise and dismissed from the job. .

I have just booked a holiday for two weeks in Egypt - and we will be departing in 11 days. This made it very complicated to book, tying in flight prices and availability, transfers and accommodation. I spoke several times to Gary who remained available, patient and helpful throughout. He is highly professional and I cannot fault the work he did. I had all confirmation documents within an hour and we are looking forward to a stay and Nile cruise combination commencing on 27 February!

Booked with Raj who organised an extra couple of nights in Cairo. A few days before we went on holiday I changed hotel in Cairo which meant also changing transfers and this was done very easily. Holiday went smoothly. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Egypt Escapes and as for Egypt itself.....wow, just wow!!

Maddy was really great. He took the time to go through everything with us and was very patient. Haven’t been on holiday yet but if the holiday is as good as the service it’ll be great. Thanks maddy 😁

Booking experience only :Abel was patient and efficient sending emails to confirm details and waiting while I checked trust pilot and atol etc.Price excellent but I’d advise reading up re accommodation/ cruises on booking. Com and trip advisor before agreeing. Also he advised me price had risen when called to book2 days after quote but managed to find the original price after some discussion. I will book with him again. I will write holiday review on return.

What a super star Gary our advisor from Egypt escapes is. He spent days trying to get me my perfect holiday for July 2023 and he delivered. He spent lots of time to make sure he got everything just right and I had lots of requests for him to get right. During the last few weeks Gary has sent me quotes followed by phone calls to make sure he was getting it right. He was polite and very patient every step of the way. Nothing was to much trouble for him and now all we have to do is sit back and look forward to our holiday cruise and stay in July. Gary thank you. Booked a Nile cruise and stay today with agent Adrian. He was very helpful and went through everything with me? My only gripe was we kept getting cut off and although he said he kept trying to ring me I had to ring back? I found it hard to understand hi sometimes throughout our conversation. That aside everything was done smoothly and went without a hitch. If the holiday is as good as the booking then I will be happy. Overall very happy with my booking experience?

I have today made a booking to go to Egypt in June 2023.The process was made easy by the company and especially by their employee Abel.I look forward to enjoying the holiday that I have booked.

What an apalling company. It transpired on 25/10/2022 that a booking I made for a Nile cruise on the Royal Viking was changed to Samiramis lll. I was given to understand the boat was the same in it being a five star vessel the same as the Royal Viking. Really? I have the pictures which I will hold back until I get compensation from Egypt Escapes! 5* it was definitely was not. I booked through this agency, and to boot found out that I was moved, as were other couples, because the Royal Viking had been overbooked and it was not because of the ‘sailing date’as my e mail stated. How do I know this. Because the Royal Viking was on the River Nile itself confirmed by SAID their ‘meeting point’ Egyptologist on board!

Spoke to Joe and he couldn’t do enough for me, even though I must have rang him four times during a day wanting to know different information. Very understanding and helpful people that know lots about Egypt holidays.

Fab time in Egypt thanks a lot to David and his team of dedicated professionals. Only thing he was wrong about the WiFi on the Nile cruise it was really bad in the cabin so we bought some data cards for ten pounds each which worked fine. Thanks babe

We had such a great time in Egypt! We went in January staying in Hurghada for a few nights at the Jasmine Palace which was pretty decent. The beach is lovely and the pools are big with one of them heated which is needed as the others seem to be impossibly cold! Mind you, we spent most of our time in the sea water snorkelling anyway which is amazing. I recommend getting one of those full face snorkel masks if you can they work really well. Booking was easy. Amanda was very kind and knowledgeable in putting together our itinerary for us nicely. I thank you very much Egypt Escapes and Harry for sorting our Nile cruise when we arrived as we were on full board but decided to upgrade to all inclusive as we made some lovely friends who were also all inclusive so we wanted to drink with them in the evenings. We loved cairo and pyramids by air trip and always wanted to go. Dave sorted our flight check in from Luxor airport and then we flew back to Hurghada to stay for a few more nights at the labranda makadi bay which was a really good hotel. People in Egypt that we met could t do enough for us and made our trip really special holiday that we would love to do again one day. Weather is nice even in winter but the days are short still just like in uk. In summer it must be too hot I imagine. Thanks all.

Booking was easy. Agent Harry was very helpful and knowledgeable in putting together a desired itinerary for us. I will update my review of the trip when I actually go in March 2023. In the meantime thank you very much Egypt Escapes and Harry for organising our Nile cruise and pyramids trip for us we are very excited and always wanted to go.

Went on holiday with this company in February half term and on the whole everything was excellent My only gripe is that we had a wait for our transfer both ways. Me and my family stayed at the serenity fun city hotel which was quiet but was exactly what we needed after two missed holidays due to Covid 19
