Booked at 6 seater the day before for 7.30 , I rang them at 7.40 asking where my cab was , the guy on the phone was soooo rude to me and was arguing that even though I booked the cab it wasn’t guaranteed to be on time !!! Cab turned up at 7.50 so we was late for our booked reservation. I never had a problem with mount cars before , but I will be using UBER next time

I have used Mount Cars for a number of years and their service has always been first class from the booking to the journey itself. If pre-booked they are on time. They can always be relied on.

OML... my driver arrived early which was really cool. Was really polite from start to finish and was funny as well. He knew so many back streets which was really cool as well, that we got to King-Cross/ St Pancras in really good time. He waited for me to sort out the payment as well. So THANK YOU so much :-)

Great communication and reliable

Mount Cars are simply fantastic. Their dispatchers are quick to answer calls and address any queries effectively. Their drivers are friendly and punctual. Finally, their app is great and you can track a driver's progress to picking you up and when a journey has ended, which is useful when you are arranging someone else's cab (e.g. a family member) for them.
