Thank you for delivering my milk during the red weather warning. I wasnt sure if it would come but was delighted that it did! It seems to be a reliable service, always arriving when it should.

I'm so pleased we have opted for doorstep milk deliveries from McQueens! The milk is always on our doorstep before 7am and we all like the taste of the Vitamin D enriched milk. I also enjoy the Rowan Vale yogurts too. As a company they are very easy to deal with and we've had no problems setting up the account etc. Customer Services are great too!

we didnt order milk, got left on doorstep and now a bill through the post when we havent touch it. Website terrible and phonelines down. Scam

Didn’t get a delivery today and office is shut from lunchtime and not back until Monday morning and now have no milk over the weekend as I am unable to get out!!

A very reliable service. Fresh milk at the door. Milk lasts longer than shop bought milk. Reasonably priced. When I phoned to change our order the lady I spoke to was polite and very helpful. Lots of other products available too.

Hadn't registered or set up the online account, they still sent milk, called to office at 12.34pm to cancel any future deliveries, office hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00 only to find out the office is closed!! Please cancel any future deliveries.

I spoke with Sam from the account retention team, and she went above and beyond to address my concerns. She listened carefully, explored every option, and even offered a reduction to help keep my account. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints, I couldn’t stay with the company, but her professionalism and kindness made a tough decision much easier. She truly made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you, Sam, for your patience, empathy, and exceptional service! We will definitely use McQueen's Dairy in future.

The products are good but despite leaving an instruction for items to be left in my delivery box they haven't now with torrential rain my eggs and yoghurts are falling all over the place due to the packaging being ruined and it makes me question whether the goods themselves are spoiled. Then try to cancel because it's not worth the hassle , well you can't just remove everything from your order and there does not appear to be anyway to just close the account unless you phone. As good as the product is if it can't be left in a secure, dry place which is blatantly obvious it's not worth it.

Received my very first order from McQueens Dairies, which was Chocolate Milk, Orange, and Yoghurts, but was disappointed to find it not chilly. Why was it not chilly? Delivery day was stated to be Fridays before 7am. My first order arrived at 22:41 Thursday night (time stamped on my Ring doorbell - which shows a very opposite experience to the promotional video ads McQueens Dairies put out), therefore was on the doorstep for almost 7 hours. The Milk order starts next "Tuesday", so I'll refrain from giving a 1 star review for the time being.

I had a knock on my door last week about milk being delivered that was fresh and I really wanted to try it as I wanted to support locally rather than supermarkets and I have just moved to the area with my little ones. I’m a single parent and struggle to get out shopping at points due to my eldest son’s disabilities. My eldest son loves milk and I was literally was so grateful when the milk turned up tonight as I’m not joking - we had just run out of milk! The delivery came bang on time too which I’m extremely grateful for. I cannot fault the milk or the service and I’m glad we will be supporting locally! ❤️ thank you ❤️

McQueens Dairies have been delivering our milk for just over 2 months and the service is faultless. I passed on specific delivery instructions and nothing was a problem. I also like that they tuck the milk in on top doorstep so easier to get to and keeps out of the rain a bit. Customer service is excellent and I like the online feature that I can set holiday dates so they know not to deliver. They even had a plan in place to cover the Christmas holidays and kept me updated. Would absolutely recommend them :)

Week 1 was great, orders arrived. Week 2 and no delivery. Not a great start. Woke up, no milk or eggs, with kids to feed before school we thought getting it delivered would be great. We wanted to help support locally too. Turns out if you wanted products guaranteed, perhaps go the supermarket. They refunded the missed delivery, but what it is about is the fact of the huge inconvenience this morning and we were only into our second week. Next delivery wouldn't have been til Monday. This is about trust. I trust you to deliver...you didn't. Sadly I won't have trust in you in the future.
