We used Rick at Easy Bathrooms to design our dream bathroom after looking around the showroom at Stockport and the great displays they have there. Rick is very experienced after many years in the industry so designed a really great looking bathroom for us based on some product choices we wanted utilising the bathroom space to it's best. The fitter brought Rick's design to life and was absolutely fantastic! Rick knowledge ensured that the order of materials was spot on which made life a lot easier for the fitter. Rick and Beth have been great from start to finish and even when there was a small problem with the soft close function on the toilet it was resolved without any issues. Can't recommend them enough if you want the perfect bathroom space with the latest products on the market.

Easy Bathrooms Cheadle Manchester My customer experience from start to finish was amazing, seemless. I had the pleasure of dealing with Colin/Rachel who were very knowledgeable, supportive, polite, nothing too much trouble and made themselves available at all times. Their advice/expertise helped me tremendously. I was so scared initially as I had been let down so many times by others B and Q, Homebase. also smaller local tradesmen. However hand on heart they have instilled confidence back to me. Knowing they were just around the corner, Colin my sales advisor only had my best interest at heart throughout the sale from start to finish. What I know most definitely is both Colin/Rachel are grafters, work so hard and committed and it showed all the time. Their dedication as colleagues, to Easy Bathroom company and especially their customers is truly lovely to see. Stuart my fitter worked hard tirelessly also, they knew how anxious I was. I was so overwhelmed with the finish of my bathroom, this I waited 24 years for. After a couple of years after I bought the bathroom suite ..I had to make a minor plumbing alteration which caused a leaking joint. This went unnoticed and caused damage to the cabinet door,I went back to the store to see if a replacement was available, I was on their records and was able to replace my damaged door at my cost but it was still available and they were happy to help me and it was painless to replace

Tiles come and the variation of tile sizes in the packs, I needed wastage just for the waste terrible tiles. Because they are 50 miles away it's not like I can just pop to the shop.

All good but the lighting in the showroom could be more natural

Lovely Staff, Very Helpful and Knowledgeable. The Young Lady Merve even helped Me to carry the heavy tiles to the car. First time I’ve ever been into this showroom but definitely not the last, Great variety of baths, sinks, tiles and all bathroom accessories. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great customer service, the showroom is extensive and lovely, it really helps you to choose what’s right for you. Neil and Ian were always at the end of the phone. I liked the guys at the Blackburn branch because they were never pushy and let me make up own mind. They were really helpful when we struggled to install the cast iron radiator, which needed to go up a flight of stairs. They came to measure up for tiles and unfortunately miscalculated how many were needed for the shower. I ordered another 3 boxes, which I then had to pick up. The fitter only need 2 and I thought I would be able to return the spare full box, but the company doesn’t accept returns on tiles, so make sure you measure up properly.

Lovely selection of tiles and bathroom goods. Unfortunately order was not delivered on arranged day which I was informed about gone 5pm after waiting in all day. However it was delivered promptly the following day.

We had a series of issues with our Easy Bathrooms order/delivery/installation We placed our order with easy bathrooms in Jan 2024 and it Was delivered a few months later, First the good points - in store customer service was good, one of them came to double check our measurements which lead to an easy in store design process and order The issues arrived when our bathroom was delivered. We were sent the wrong bath side panel, we specced a curved end to one end of the bath and were sent a panel with the curve at the wrong end, not a huge deal we thought until the online customer service agent informed us it was actually OUR fault because we didn’t cross reference and check every item number, despite the invoice not having customer searchable website product codes, we were told initially it wasn’t their problem, that we would have to buy a new panel + shipping - while also paying for the return of the incorrect panel After a lot of back and forth we were graciously allowed a free replacement as long as we paid shipping The product took over a month to arrive The click-clack sink waste has a design flaw meaning it will leak constantly and cannot be fixed (item binned) Next came the shower, we went for a rainfall shower with a telescopic height adjustment, when fitted it leaked horribly and it turns out there was a seal missing from the inside- this part took 3 months to arrive , for which time we had no shower. We purchased a radiator from them, which had paint inside the threads for the top cap/ bleed nipple, this lead to leaking and repairs to a brand new item - this was not reported to wash bathrooms because why would we given the long time you have to wait for replacement parts (possibly from china?) Now the latest problem is the Click-Clack pug/waste in the bath has become faulty after less than a year, I actively discourage ANYONE and EVERYONE from ordering from Easy Bathrooms I await the next breakage and failure
