Delt with Callum he was Really helpful .He kept me updated with the products I was interested in let me know when offer prices were ending . Advised me on my Ordered,processed it really easy for me and suggested other things I may need . Arranged a delivery whilst I was the which was later confirmed with phone call and email from warehouse. All in all a very easy straight forward process.

Xristina and the staff at Easy Bathrooms Brentford were very helpful. The ranges were quite chic and Xristina even designed a custom solution to mix 2 different ranges. I had many meetings with them, they were always patient and informative. I would have given 5 stars but I did not find head office to be completely helpful; they reduced financing options despite full financing being available when we started the order, and resisted some exchanges for faulty parts.

From popping in to get some prices, I ended up giving them the sizes of the bathroom etc and they came up with designs for the bathroom, changing them many times to accommodate my requirements. The staff were very efficient and knowledgeable, and the goods are best quality.

I recently bought a bathroon from the Lichfield branch. Jason was so patient with me! He talked through and showed me all my options. A gorgeous choice of everything you need, all in one place. Loads of different suites from the brochure and website on display so you can see them. Delivery was arranged quickly in time for fitting. Would definitely recommend.

The sales rep Vickie couldn't have done enough for us , from helping to plan our bathroom to her suggestions of what went where, she was very helpful . Would highly recommend this company , nothing is a bother to them .

Very helpful staff, can't fault that but when I ordered in store it wasn't explained that they have a no returns policy on tiles, I was encouranged to buy more than my tiler had estimated and I'm now left with 2 full boxes and another with only 2 used so my tiler had estimated correctly

Ordered the shower enclosure through my builder's account. Easy bathroom was his recommendation and it turned out the most disaster renovation work I’ve ever did. The first instance, it was the wrong seal package included - we need 90x120 seal however it had been provided as 90x90. It took them 2 weeks to send the correct seal. Then it’s the wrong shower enclosure glasses being ordered for my 90x120 base. As customer this is completely due to the lack of technical knowledge that their sales person has got. When I talked to the sales man in Cambridge show room summer time 2024, he made me to choose which door I would like to have - right opening or left opening, as if it is a unisex door design. It turned out I ordered the wrong one. Just wondering here if easy bathroom sales person doesn't let customer know with the 90x120 base shower room, there is actually requirement for the shower enclosure door -how could customer choose the correct one with their existing shower base, by PURE LUCK? Anyway there is 50% chance to pick the correct one - either right open or left open?! We are just BAD LUCK. When I and my builder spoke with your sales person and head office, the answer was - As the box has been opened, with your company policy the goods cannot be returned or exchanged, which is totally ridiculous. The glass door is so heavy and needs to have 2 professional people to take them out - how could customer check if this is correct or not when we received the goods??!! To be honest easy bathroom sales person should take 100% responsibility for this mistake. In the end, the solution easy bathroom provided was charging another £478 again to get the correct one - worst customer experience ever. This shower room should have been done by 10th Jan, but now already 1 month delay. So frustrated with the whole situation - another £478 due to the lack of knowledge/mistake from their sales people. Overall, DO NOT recommend it at all

The Easy Bathrooms website is very easy to use and has a wide range of products at competitive prices. They offer a sample sending out service, which is very handy to help in choosing the right product. I ordered 3 samples and they arrived within a couple of days. I will be looking to purchase from Easy Bathrooms once I've chosen the ceiling panels.
