We have had bad luck with furniture in general, and this is the first sectional/sofa my wife and I are satisfied with.

It was super easy to order, I love how customizable they are and how you can add or take away modules. The payment was easy to make and the delivery was quick and easy to track, with a lovely delivery person! I love my couch, its beautiful! Overall, 10/10. the ONLY thing I wish is that the back pillows were a little bit taller for neck support. Otherwise, perfection!

The couch is nice. I’m 40 and not sure I find it the comfiest couch but it could just be me and the kids seem to love it. Our delivery had an issue, which is no fault of Cozey’s, but I do think it could have been managed better. The chaise cushion also has lumps/lines in it that are visible. It’s says it takes two weeks to get to its full shape, but it’s been 4 weeks and unfortunately the lines are still there. On the upside, the couch is a beautiful colour; we got the Dune corduroy, and is very nice to the eye. It’s very modern design, which is what I wanted. Overall, I am happy with the couch.

It was easy for me to put together by myself, the fabric is beautiful (I got the green corduroy for my retro home), and the cushions are like giant pillows. My family loves it too!

I recently purchased the Margot rug and I am absolutely thrilled with it! The size is perfect for my space, and it fits just right. The quality is excellent – it feels soft underfoot and looks durable. It's also great to know that it's washable, which makes maintenance a breeze with 2 kids and 2 dogs. Definitely a great investment for any room!

I’ve had my Cozey sectional for 2 months now and I love it! It’s comfy and the Ciello sunset beige is the perfect color. I’m giving this review a 4/5 because I wish I would’ve gotten the XL couch for extra comfort since this couch is in my main living and used everyday.

I really like the Ciello two-seater couch, Blue color! Before making the decision to purchase, I spent weeks contemplating it. When I finally had the chance to visit their flagship store in Toronto, I was able to feel the different fabrics in person. I loved the texture of the blue fabric for the Ciello..it has a unique feel that’s not completely smooth but still skin-friendly. According to the store specialist, the blue fabric is also great for pet owners because of its texture, making it a practical choice if you have cats or dogs. Another feature I love is that I can add sections to the sofa as I expand my space. Plus, if I ever move, I can easily disassemble and transport it piece by piece, just like how it was delivered. Even though I’m still within the 30-day return policy, I’m really happy with my choice. I got the two-seater for now since I’m the only one using it. As for assembly, I did it myself! I don’t have much experience putting furniture together, but I managed to assemble it on my own in about 30–45 minutes. It’s comfortable, stylish, and I’m really enjoying it!
