1) I thought the product was Canadian made, it is not. It may be a Canadian company, but the actual product is manufactured in china, Mexico, and Thailand. 2) I ordered and paid in full back in October with delivery for the first week of December, well in time for Christmas to accommodate out of town Christmas guests. Here we are in January and we have yet to receive anything but an email asking how our experience was. 3) In December I was told the delivery was extended to December 30th, and when I asked why the delay, I was then told they would deliver it before Christmas. That obviously didn’t happen. I don’t appreciate being lied to. 4) I can’t comment on the product as we have no clue if it even exists. I will wait another week and if nothing is delivered I will assume I have been defrauded and notify the authorities.

We’re excited to receive our new sectional! Cozey did a great job working with our schedules to make the delivery process seamless for us. We also appreciated the efforts of the Fed Ex delivery guys.

I like the service, but not really enjoying the chaise . The cushion isn't great. I feel like I should exchange for another ottoman and a forth chair

Overall I am very happy with my Atmosphere couch. I spent MONTHS debating what kind of couch I wanted to purchase for my apartment after my vintage green velvet couch was no longer functional. I wanted something that was comfortable, modular, and also had charm- I really didn’t want to buy a boring beige sofa, but realized it was time to purchase a new couch that wasn’t vintage that would last us more than a few years. I did a ton of research and ended up deciding on the Atmosphere based on positive reviews, customization/modular aspect, and Cozey’s history of good customer service. It is comfortable even out of the box, was easy to put together (did it myself with help of the instructional video) and seems like it will hold up well over time. It’s large, plush, and the velvet covers seem like they will hold up well over time even with our cats. Unfortunately of the pieces did arrive damaged and I received a wrong cover for the ottoman- which is why I only gave 4 stars. Customer support was excellent managing this problem and helped solve it quickly and efficiently. I do wish the bottom pieces clipped together but they do not seem to shift much with the non-stick pads provided so far. Delivery was faster than I expected and the boxes were delivered to my apartment exactly 1 week after I placed the order. It looks beautiful in our apartment and I am SO glad that I was able to find something that fits my style but is also functional and built to last.

I never received my order so not great. Customer service was hard to deal with and I am still trying to figure out if I will ever get my couch. Ordered over a month ago.

I have only received a portion of my total order and I cannot get any updates on when the rest of it will be delivered to my house. Only 3/8 boxes have shown up.

2 Stars for the Ciello XL overall. We received the order reasonably quickly and received many online updates. It was packaged well and easy to assemble, but unfortunately, this turned out to be the best part of the experience. This sofa is not as comfortable as I thought it would be. In the two weeks we have had it, I have moved and fluffed the pillows three times. They get very flat very quickly. Not to mention, other purchasers obviously returned some of the items we received. That is not to say that Cozey can't resell returns, but at least repackage the items like they are new or replace the dented items—very shotty, in my opinion. I would give 5 stars to Customer Service, who helped me get a refund for the damaged parts, but we are genuinely unhappy with this sofa. If we were closer, or even in the same province, AND had kept the 13 boxes received, we would certainly return this purchase. We are very disappointed that something this pricey has such low quality. Lesson learned. Update: Jan 22 2025 I do want to mention we love the look of the sofa and modular design is super smart and easy to manipulate. We will be keeping the sofa coz we love the design. We will probably just replace the filling with something firmer. Thank you, Cozey, for offering to take it back. You have a plus customer service.

My order was delayed for a week after reaching the destination warehouse, but it was processed and delivered a few hours after Cozey was informed of the situation. That’s great service! I couldn’t be happier with my rug, it’s really quite lovely. The rug pad is also noteworthy, as it has proven to be highly effective in preventing any hair from my husky and two cats from sticking to it, I’m very impressed. Thanks Cozey, much appreciated

The shipping time was fast! The chair was so easy to put together! Also I’m telling you it’s comfy! Now onto the website to find more products! Highly recommend this chair though! It’s extremely comfortable!!

Great customer service Couch cushions came with a slight defect and the customer service reps were very helpful and we received replacement covers free of charge with no hassle!

I now have 3 of the Cozey washable rugs and I love them. I bought the other popular brand made in the US and I don't like the backing, i MUCH prefer the rubber that Cozey uses. I am currently deciding on which one to purchase next. Thank you Cozey for being Canadian and making great washable rugs. I haven't yet washed my rugs so cannot comment on how they wash up.
