Canada | 03 January 2025Perhaps better delivery service. I am a woman who lives alone. Luckily I had company over. The Canpar delivery service dropped off the boxes right in the front of my space I made a clear path for the delivery guy to enter right to the house. He proceeded to tell me “I can’t I have to go, I have 10 boxes, they’re not heavy”. For record I’m 5 feet and here you have a 6 foot guy huffing and puffing about his job. Like that’s my fault he showed up at 4:30 when they end their delivers at 5pm??? I took a photo of the clear path if you would like to see. This is the most disrespectful service I’ve ever received in my life. The deliver service is a reflection of your company. Delivery to me is very important as to others. Feel free to call me as an expect something from this terrible experience. And for that you’re getting a 1 star. :)

The customer service is outstanding and they quickly rectified the problem and delivered a replacement piece very quickly. I would recommend Cozy to anyone looking to purchase a new couch. Our Cielo couch and two chairs/love seat is simply fantastic and all questions or worries I had prior to purchase were answered through the chat function. The AR allowed me to see the couch in my space which allowed me to buy confidently. I love LOVE the versatility I have to change my space. We started with a three seater couch and added a chair then another chair. Communication was easy and efficient with customer service as well. Highly recommend Cozey.

Loved that it comes with rubber mats, versus an extra add-on. And there was no funky/plastic smell, I can tell this is good quality. Will buy from here again!

Canada | 02 January 2025I was very excited to have the Ciello couch for the holidays (the order was originally expected end of November) but due to a change in manufacturer, that was communicated to us, the couch was delayed until January. I was very disappointed but accepting of the reason. I was only offered a free small Cozey product “add on” to make up for it. Early December I received an email from Cozey advising they would provide 5% discount for the delay but I have not received that yet. Then on Dec 23rd I got an email the couch was in transit with expected delivery by end of day and I was so excited to have it for Christmas but it did not arrive and I was in limbo until the 27th when it arrived. I understand the holidays & closures but it was disappointing. I will say the couch came in efficient packaging and was easy to assemble with two people with clear instructions. The material is nice now (really hope it holds up) but based on seeing it / experiencing the quality of the couch, it is quite pricey for what it is. Staff at Cozey were responsive and polite to deal with via email. Would likely not repurchase unless on sale / price reduction. We’ll see how it holds up over time compared to my other two couches from different companies. Update: I received the discount. I have also spent a week straight on this couch (due to being sick with a sick toddler) and it has been very comfortable. My cat is also a major fan. I had to bump the star as we have been enjoying the comfy green couch.

Canada | 02 January 2025I recently purchased an Atmosphere couch with two storage seats and two high arms. I’ve been eyeing this couch since last year, and I was thrilled when my husband finally agreed to bring it home to our apartment. Naturally, as soon as it arrived, I began assembling it—even though my husband suggested waiting until he finished work (I may or may not have been feeling slightly under the weather that day, but my excitement got the better of me). I’ve been long prepared for this moment as I have seen the assembly videos more times than I’d like to admit. So, you can imagine my frustration when it came time to slide the connectors for the corner seats and things didn’t go as smoothly as planned. Attaching the backrests to the corner seat was tricky, especially with the storage seat cushion in the way. By removing the seat cushion first, we managed to attach the right corner backrest to the seat storage. Then came the left corner backrest, which took several attempts to slide into place. Victory was ours—or so we thought—until we tried to finally return the seat cushion on the storage + corner backrests combo. Here’s the issue: the seat cushion won’t sit flush on the storage base because the backrests are in the way. If we force the cushions into place, opening and closing the storage compartments would become an Olympic event. That just doesn’t feel like the tool-free, user-friendly experience I was hoping for. It seems like the design of the corner backrests doesn’t quite accommodate the storage seat cushions as intended. Perhaps it's because it's a newer iteration of the Atmosphere model? I love this couch so much and I wanted to make it work, so I began writing an email to the support team. I poured my heart into it as much as I sweated assembling the couch. Before hitting send I checked in on my husband who grew curiously quiet. There he was, looking like he’d just won gold—somehow, he’d managed to get the cushion in place! We love the couch so much. I want to give it five stars, but I have to knock off one star because our board games are still under those seat cushions and we haven't dared open the storage since that fateful day.

Canada | 02 January 2025Ordered and it arrived in two days. Set up was easy. Visited the shop twice on Queen st to decide between the regular and the xl. The xl is much deeper and a bit longer. We preferred it as it seemed more like a movie couch. Really happy with it and would recommend.

The chairs were of exceptional quality, comfort and exactly what we shown on your website. Shipping with Purolator was not so good. Purolator lost one of my four chairs and after having to get a trace placed on the missing item I finally received it. If I hadn’t had to deal with Purolator with shipping issues I would have rated 5 stars.
