The couch is wonderful and the delivery was great. Only issue that the chaise cushion is not nearly as soft as the rest. Hopefully this improves over time.

Ordered a rug it came so quickly and it is so lovely so much cheaper than the washable rug competition everyone is wowed by the rug and my sister is going to order one as well

Haven’t received my order yet. The shipping company appears to have lost one item and the rest of it is still showing in the shipping companies warehouse with no delivery date set and just sitting there for over a week now. Thinking about returning it if there is no movement on it soon.

Really, really happy with our Cielo XL sectional. We started with ordering the free swatch kit, then ordered a 4 piece sectional then ordered an ottoman. The online experience was easy and shipping was quite fast. We love the look of our sofa and we’ve had our adult kids over and it’s been great for all of us to lounge comfortably together. The sofa is well finished and the cushions are firm but still a bit “fluffy” allowing you to sink in a little bit.

Stop pestering me to write a review for a product that hasn’t arrived yet, and which Purolator has seemingly lost. Update Jan-13: - Purolator delivered 1 portion of the couch on Dec-24 claiming the delivery was fulfilled completely. - Cozey admitted that they had messed up the original shipping and shipped only the ottoman and not the actual couch. - Cozey then shipped (apparently) the remainder of the couch with Canpar. - Canpar has held it at a local depot for over a week now, with no indication of an actual deliver any time soon, and they are completely unresponsive (their Chat Bot is an insult to basic human intelligence, simply repeating what I can already read on the screen, then refusing to pass me to a human). Cozey respond to my messages but they seemingly have no influence on Canpar. Awful experience. Cozey - no idea if your products are any good, but your choice of delivery partners is shocking.

Still waiting for my couch that I ordered on December 10th that they said would be here on December 16th!!

Customer service is wonderful.

Cozey's modular design and build quality are both amazing and the prices are competitive. The range of fabric selection that you get is also great for the price point. Beware though that the furniture is delivered via Purolator in large boxes. If you live in a condo make sure your concierge doesn't turn Purolator back. You can't really coordinate delivery times with Purolator.

We went with the Neptune: 2 storage seats, a convertible bed/sofa seat, and 2 ottomans, and we love how many different options we have in configuring the couch to our home!

I ordered the Ciello 3 seater sofa , chair and ottoman. I received everything except for the ottoman within 4 days. Very impressed with the fact that it was Extremely well packaged. Product was very easy to assemble taking about 90 minutes for 2 people. The furniture is beautiful. The 3 seater sofa can easily seat 4 people. I have a small space so I chose the regular size and so happy I did as it is long and larger than expected. I am 6 feet tall and find it extremely comfortable. It looks amazing in the space! My only concern was receiving the ottoman a week later - however with the couriers overwhelmed for Christmas and the weather being stormy, I understand it couldn’t be helped. This was not a Cozy issue and their customer service was exceptional in staying on top of the delivery. I have only had everything in use for a week so I will leave another review on its durability later on. For now I am completely happy , satisfied, and highly recommend Cozy. You’re going to love it.

Interacting with Cozey representatives was a great experience. My Desert Atmosphere sectional fits perfect in my space and is so comfortable. I was worried about how low it was in the back for my 6 foot plus tall family members but my husband really likes it. He also loved how light and easy it was to put together. One thing I would suggest is to track your shipment. It was left outside on 2 pallets with no knock on the door. There was no delivery date but I could see that it was close to us so we were expecting it the day it arrived. No regrets. I'm very happy with the whole experience as well as the look and comfort.

i've had the couch for a few months now. the fabric is more comfortable than the swatches make them out to be, which is great. ordering the cream color i was a little worried about how it would wear. i have a cat and his black fur doesn't stick onto the fabric. the cushions are still super comfortable and i love that i can remove them as needed to make space to cuddle with my boyfriend or if i have a friend sleeping over. it's a great couch to sleep on and really glad i invested on this couch im sure i'll add onto when i move into a bigger space. assembly was also really easy! and light enough to carry up a flight of stairs with a second person.

It was overall a very easy process. One of the cushion covers was the wrong color, but they sent me the correct one right away.
