Love the quality in the configuration someone put a lot of thought and how to make this a really cool product that can always change with your household, but unfortunately for me due to the time of year, probably just taking several deliveries to complete my order which has not been completed as of yet. Communication has been great fast and very polite couldn’t ask for better. I will be adding a few things in the near future.

Best ever.. easy to assemble.. washable..

I reached out to the customer support team since I felt that the lounge piece was much too thinly padded on one side compared to the other. I was told it's normal as "What [I'm] experiencing falls under the category of normal wear and tear for this type of cushion". That seems hard to believe since I noticed it day 2 after unpacking. I waited the recommended 2 weeks for the padding to fully inflate, and then rotated and kept punching every other night, before reporting it . It's not normal- it's not my first sofa, and my skinny 9-year old bounces on one half of the lounge seat and sinks on the other half. So our corner sofa has a sinkhole in the corner and 2 regularly comfy seats on either side. I've NEVER notice loose filling on the other sides, nor needed to adjust the padding on the single seat of the other half of the lounge cushion. In summary, I felt unheard, and quickly dismissed by the response from the Cozey team.

The website is unable to hold my wishlist items properly. Also when viewing configurations for seating options images for some of my ideas are not viewable.

Have not received the couch!

Horrible experience buying in this place, I needed a new couch for Christmas so I made my purchase on December 9 so that it would arrive before the date, after they exceeded the delivery time I contacted customer service and their response was that they could not Deliver after 3:00 pm or on weekends. After a long week between emails and emails, I gave them the option that they would deliver it to a warehouse of the shipping agency (Purolator). They told me that they had confirmed with them that they would do it that way. I waited one more week and today, December 24, I received a notification from Cozey that they would give me a refund because they could not deliver my order. I had already sold my old couch and here I am without furniture and without the money to go shopping in a local store since they take their time to return the money 3,219 dollars that I don't know when I will receive it, nor do I know where I will seat my guests on this christmas.

The new Carpet brightens up the room and is a perfect match in the livingroom and I'm looking forward to putting it into the washing machine fir cleaning.

The Cozey support team are very informative and easy to talk to. Unlike some companies they realll make the customer feel like it's their pleasure to help.

Superb company Here are my reasons: 1) easy to order / great quality product 2) fast/convenient shipping 3) excellent customer service To elaborate: 1) Website was easy to maneuver, product selection as well. Loved the fact that I can easily customize my sofa/sectional & be given dimensions for each selection - super convenient. Ordering itself was a breeze. Once the product arrived, it was easy to put together (no tools needed) & high comfort level was evident right away 2) I appreciated clear communication in shipping. When I placed my order, my email confirmation provided estimated arrival dates (the very next day to three days out max). I could not believe it would be that fast so when I received email confirmation that my order shipped the very next day, I was excited and pleasantly surprised. Because we got a lot of stairs, I appreciated an option shipment email provided to provide delivery instructions directly to shipment company & thinking it would be one giant, heavy package, I asked to have the shipment delivered to our apartment door. Boy was I pleasantly surprised when I saw the packaging was in smaller boxes that were not heavy at all and could fit easily through our front door. Delivery driver honoured my request and helped bring all boxes up the stairs. His service was excellent. 3) Once we put our sofa together, we noticed small fabric pull on seating cushion and backrest cushion…I decided to utilize the convenient feature in the email from Cozey to contact them if there are any issues…this was Saturday evening around 9pm…I sent a msg stating my issue and within 10 min I received email response…remember this was Saturday evening 9PM PST…after few quick exchanges I received new order number and confirmation my replacement fabric was on the way. All within the same day!!! I was so pleasantly surprised and could not brag enough to my family and friends how amazing Cozey staff made me feel and how much I appreciated them making this experience easy for me. Having been in customer service industry for 16+ years, I know what it takes to make customer feel appreciated and Cozey went above and beyond. I very much appreciate that.

The experience l had at another store to purchase a couch was awful. When l came into Cozy l very happy about the service l got. Very positive, awesome service ,thanks. I was in need to furnish my living room after a house fire and wanted some furniture that would be a complete look. I purchased a Cello 4 seater sectional sofa including a storage ottoman in Storm Grey, a Stella coffee table and Vela chair in walnut, a Solis adjustable table and a set of cushions with a matching throw. The sofa is very comfy with great fabric that will hold up to lots of traffic. I am constantly trying to keep the cushions neat and tidy but that is part of the comfy part which I couldn't avoid! I am still trying to decide on how to arrange it in my space. Each section is heavy but they are easy to fit together with help. Everything is constructed with good quality materials. I am also looking forward to my latest purchase of a rug coming soon!

Haven’t received delivery yet

I have not received my order. It was shipped on Dec. 17 from Vancouver area. And has been sitting in Calgary since Dec. 19th. I’m in Edmonton, it could have easily been here by now. Your delivery date stared Dec. 18-31. I guess it will be the later.

I like the rug a lot. I like that it’s a Canadian company and it shipped quickly. My only reservation is that it does not sit flat at the edges. And I even though i have a 5 cubic foot top load washing machine, the 8 x 10 size rug does not fit. I have to take it to the laundromat. If I ram it in it can fit it but then these HE appliances don’t use enough water to actually get it clean. It saves money on having it professionally cleaned but it’s a hassle to pack up and lug to the laundromat.

Friendly and fast customer service. They got back to me even on a Saturday. Couch was super sturdy and easy to follow instructions. Took about 2 hours to build but it came out great! I got the 3 seater Luna couch.
