We absolutely LOVE our Cozey Neptune couch + ottoman! Not only is it a beautiful and functional addition to our home, but it also transforms effortlessly into a comfortable bed for guests. We opted for the full set with the pillow, mattress pad, sheets, and comforter, and it's been a game-changer. The bed conversion is seamless, and the added accessories make it feel just like a cozy, high-quality bed. It's perfect for when we have company or just want to kick back and relax. Aurora credenza door hinges were off by an inch so had to take off and drill in new holes. Material easily cracks when sliding into place.

Positif et négatif Point positif: Commande facile et surtout la livraison super rapide. Produit semble de bonne qualité et nous sommes fier d'encourager des gens d'ici. La livraison en boîte nous aide énormément car nous avons un escalier vers le sous-sol étroit et c'est très difficile de descendre de gros meubles. C'est là raison qu'on a acheté chez vous. De plus, la compagnie avec qui vous faites affaires pour la livraison c'est vraiment bien, leur livreur a été très généreux et m'a aidé à déposer les boîtes dans la maison au lieu de les laisser au froid à l'extérieur. Point négatif: Nous avons acheté le 2 places avec un long siège à gauche. Le coussin pour la place normale (à droite) + on en a reçu un 2e, très confortable et "puffy", mais le coussin en forme de "L" pour le banc long, le coussin est plus plat et donc moins confortable que le simple. Donc, ça rend notre achat un peu moins "wow".

Excellent company to deal with. Whenever something was missing or if I reported an issue, they just offered to replace it. They really stand behind their products.

We ordered a 3 seater couch for our newly renovated attic. The modular design made it simple to get up the stairs. Assembly was straight forward (loved the instructions with photos) and we couldn’t go wrong with the no hassle warranty. It looks great.

We love our sectional from Cozey. It was easy to assemble- I did it alone (72 year old woman) in 2 hours including carrying everything upstairs to the rec room. It is very comfortable and looks great!

My item delivery separately also I didn’t get some parts of itz still waiting for it.

So far not great. Still waiting on my order. Unsure Why you use Canpar for delivery, they’re terrible. I’ve been on hold for over an hour with them just to get disconnected, on hold for another 30 min still waiting. Their live chat does not work. Half my pieces have been sitting in their Calgary warehouse since December 13. The other half in Edmonton warehouse since the 16th and no one is assisting me about delivery.

The company did its best to fix all the logistical issues. The product is great and I'm happy with everything I got. CANPAR is horrible delivery comoanyv

I was a little apprehensive buying a couch that comes in a box unseen, but I took the plunge and ordered the ceillo in the color night sky (5 seater). The couch was shipped very fast and the color is perfect, I would absolutely recommend this couch!

After reading a few reviews, I decided to give it a shot, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The ordering process was smooth, and the couch arrived in a few compact boxes. At first, I was skeptical about assembling it myself, but it turned out to be incredibly simple—no tools were required, and the pieces just clicked together. It felt like putting together giant LEGO pieces, which was surprisingly fun and satisfying. As for comfort, the Ciello couch strikes a great balance. The cushions are firm yet cozy, which is exactly what I was looking for. They give good support for lounging or sitting upright, so it works whether I’m binge-watching a series or hosting friends. The deep seats are a huge plus—it feels luxurious to just sink into it with a good book. The modular design is a game-changer. I can reconfigure the layout to suit different occasions, which is especially helpful in my small space. Plus, knowing I can add more sections later if I move to a bigger place is reassuring. The fabric is soft to the touch and seems durable, though I did notice the performance fabric feels a bit rougher than the chenille option. I chose a neutral gray, which complements my minimalist decor perfectly. Cleaning has been straightforward since the cushion covers are removable and washable. With a cat in the house, that’s a lifesaver! I’ve already had to clean a few fur-covered spots, and they came out looking brand new after a quick wash. If I had to nitpick, I’d say the cushions could be a tad softer for my liking, but that’s just a personal preference. Overall, the Cozey Ciello couch has exceeded my expectations. It’s stylish, functional, and super practical for anyone who wants flexibility without sacrificing comfort. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, modular sofa that adapts to their life.

Pretty much everything went wrong. From the ineptitude of Canpar, to a mis-shipment, then further frustration caused by a lack of flexibility by Cozey, made this an awful experience. Only reason it is a 2 star review instead of 1 star is because the customer service group were a pleasure to deal with.

Love my Mira chair unfortunately so does my cat. It’s a very comfortable chair and quite attractive
