Everything arrived correct except the arms for our sectional. It was a shipper issue, not a Cozey issue, but Cozey’s customer service took care of tracking the missing box down and making sure it got to me. All I had to do was wait. I don’t mind problems, because things happen, but when problems do occur it’s important that companies solve the problem. Cozey did that and they did it well.

I have nothing but good things to say about my Stella table bundle and Cozey. The delivery was fast and efficient and I really appreciated the amount of care that came in the packaging to make sure that nothing comes damaged. Setting up my tables was easy and simple. I was able to do everything by myself with no issues in very little time. The tables are sturdy and made with so much care and attention to detail, I was very impressed! I appreciate the small mechanical features that make Cozey stand out from other companies. Guests that come over always compliment my tables, 10/10 !

Great shopping experience

Overall I love the amazing customer service and how they were able to help me with what I was looking for.

This was extremely easy to set up myself and have washed the covers a few times because of muddy paws. I gave this 4 stars because if you have animals that like to burrow, you’re going to have to reset the back pillows a few times a day. Velcro fixes the issue for the most part so it’s no big deal.

Waited 2 months for a sofa delivery. Deliveries were staggered (brillant for a modular sofa) so unable to setup sofa but had 11 unpacked boxes to deal with. One backrest was defective (hole for leg was misaligned), on December 13th, Veronica said the replacement would ship on the 17th. Replacement still hasn’t shipped and the ‘updated’ ship date is now tentatively December 27th. So whenever the replacement backrest arrives it will be over 3 months waiting for a sofa. Miserable purchase experience, and it still isn’t over.

Product was ordered and was informed that it would be two months to get delivered. Never received any updates on how things are going. On the estimated date of delivery I emailed and asked about delivery and then was informed about delays and that it would be an additional month for delivery. The three weeks had passed and was informed (with me emailing Cozey) that the items are in the process of being shipped (I think it was coming from China or Mexico). Then the shipping company delivered to the wrong address and would not assist in finding the product I had to prove that it was delivered to the wrong address. In your responds you stated that you are glad that this have been resolved, not sure why you would get that impression as the furniture was never delivered to me.

The team was so prompt to email me back regarding my concerns with shipment. They even followed up to update me on the status of my shipment.

Easy to put together and is quite comfortable. I wish there was a way to buy replacement covers. It has been a year and I want to replace one or two.

Better quality than the nicest brands out there. Sectional was shipped to me in maybe three days. And you can’t beat the price. Could not be more pleased.

Ordering from the website was easy and helpful which I also enjoyed. The ciallo XL couch I purchased seems to get flat after a few uses. The plush feel quickly goes away and there no give on the springs. Very tight.

The one star I gave is for all the amazing company reps that were understanding and patient with me and genuinely cared. The company itself, gets the 4 non-stars. I can’t imagine how much longer this company will be in service. The shipping and their “logistics team” were an absolute nightmare. I would never recommend Cozey to any of my friends.

I own 2 Cozey washable rugs. Both are decent quality for the price, look good and wash well. Customer Service with Cozey is horrible. On my most recent order, placed on November 8th, 2024, the website stated my item was in stock and advertised quick delivery. After several days of seeing no delivery updates, I logged in to find an estimated delivery date of mid-January 2025. I called Customer Service on 3 separate occasions and got the run-around from 3 different people. No one could give me an exact delivery date, every person said they’d inquire and get back to me, but none ever did. My rug finally arrived in mid-December, 5+ weeks from when it was ordered. If you’re hoping to get something quickly, or expect Customer Service to be helpful, I would not recommend Cozey. If you’re looking for a washable rug that’s much more affordable than the major washable rug company, they aren’t bad for what you pay for.

Customer service was great. I believe the person who helped me at the nyc showroom was named Joshua. He was so nice and informal about all my questions regarding the sofas. The sofas were just as nice in person as they are online and pretty comfortable
