Canada | 25 December 2024I reached out to ask for a chaise cushion that was inflated and not as thin. When I received the replacement cushion it was thinner and a different material than the first. We let it inflate for 2 1/2 weeks to give it time. It ended up being 1 1/2 inches smaller than the first cushion. We ended up using the first cushion that came with the sofa and placed a pillow under the cushion to make it thicker in the right spots. The sofa is unfortunately not very comfortable and is hard in a lot of spots.

Canada | 25 December 2024Lovely product with hiccups. The first time I ordered, everything came very quickly and I was able to assemble on my own. When I wanted to add it it, though, I was given conflicting information. Apparently there is a warehouse where old models go to be stored and no one really knows how to get a product out of there and even when I was told it was delivered, it was still at that warehouse and they didn't know when they could get it for me. Customer service staff were trying to be helpful but the company's information was lacking for them as well.

Canada | 25 December 2024I have been watching Cozey and reading reviews for a couple years. I held back from purchasing because of the reviews of material pilling. I visited a showroom and was assured by the staff that they have updated the fabric. So I purchased and within a week there is pilling on my couch. Very upsetting!

Canada | 24 December 2024We like the sectional a lot; it's comfortable, easy to assemble, and we love the option to be able to wash covers. However, the delivery was not great and the customer service, initially, was poor. It took several weeks before we received all of the packages and thus were left with a partially completed couch for that period. I was in contact with 2 different people at Cozey but after some initial back & forth contact stopped. Eventually this was handled and solved the problem, which is why I've decided on 4 stars instead of 3.

Canada | 24 December 2024Experience with cozy itself was good, no issues there, but shipping was nothing but unprofessional and unorganized. Canpar shipping made promises they could not keep, not only once, but twice, and had nothing helpful to say. All in all shipping was a horrible experience and we are still waiting for our couch, that canpar doesn’t even seem to know anything about anymore.

Canada | 24 December 2024Although the Cozey rug arrived in Edmonton on December 16th, and Canpar emailed that it was picked up by the courier on December 17th and would be delivered by the end of day, it is now December 23rd and I have not yet received it. I contacted Canpar on both December 20th and December 23rd, and have not yet had any success. I spoke to someone at Cozey on December 21st. She genuinely tried to help by emailing Canpar and said she would contact me when they returned the email either that day, or on December 23rd. I didn't receive an email this morning, so called back again and spoke to someone else. This person didn't seem to want to be of much help, and just indicated that he would email Canpar again and expected to receive an email in two hours, where upon he would let me know the status. It is now almost 4:00 MST, and I have neither received the rug, had a status update, nor been contacted by Cozey. If I should ever receive this rug, which is a Christmas gift to be given on December 24th, I will be very hesitant to ever order again from a company that uses Canpar for delivery.

Canada | 24 December 2024Ordering online was very easy, and the sofa came super quick which was a blessing. The ordering process was a 5 star! We've had it a week now, and so far, my feelings are that the fabric is soft and comfortable, and the modular design is smart - and it was very easy to put together. Although we have some clunking when we sit down on the right side we will need to get to the bottom of. As for the comfort and quality of the design - unfortunately I'm going to have to say that is the reason I knocked off 2 stars. It's actually so uncomfortable I am disappointed. The back cushions are almost too big and they deform instantly when you sit and put any pressure on them. The seat cushions seem great and I love how they can rotate and flip - but they are also so uncomfortable. And the slipping!!! I wish I had a way to glue them to the base of the sofa. I feel like I am sliding off the couch all the time. You have to sit or lay and STAY PUT and not move an inch or the cushions move with you and get more uncomfortable. It's too bad I threw out the boxes because we moved into our new apartment that day and I had nowhere to store them. I probably would have returned it, unfortunately. I think a modular style sofa is not for me. It's SO hard and I normally love a hard sofa! But the combination of hard and soft is just not great on these. I hate having to write a disappointing review because I know this sofa is loved by many! But for us - it was a total bust :( Maybe in time it will soften up and stay put. I'm hoping it's all just needing to be broken in!

Australia | 24 December 2024The couch is great and assembling it was easy! Love that we were able to go in store, test the couch and see some samples. My 2 star review however is due to the delivery. We were not given a time or date that the couch will be arriving ahead of time - instead we essentially had to wait on standby for the couch to come. This is difficult for us because it means we're unable to plan for it ahead of time. Thankfully my partner works remote so she was able to be there for when the couch arrived. If we both were obliged to work in office, the couch would have had to sit outside in the elements, taking up too much room in our front entrance (which we share with another condo). Due to the size of the delivery, it's impossible for it to just sit out there for many hours, so we had to make sure my partner was home every day all week waiting in case it shows up. If we had been given a date and time a few weeks ahead of time, I could have planned around it. For example, we recently received a shipment from Samsung and that was a much better experience - we were able to select a time and date weeks ahead and so I was able to work around it. This is something Cozey needs to work out with its shipping subcontractor. If it had been a better delivery experience, I would have given a 5 star review because we love the couch itself.
