Excellent service. Low mileage car purchased in excellent condition. Discovered a small issue with a driveshaft bearing which I failed to noticed on the test drive. Told to bring vehicle straight back to have work done with the warranty, provided with a courtesy car and fixed in a few days. Staff cannot do enough. Highest quality top spec used car sales. Highly recommended.

I’d been looking for a BMW X1 for a while and once I’d come across Tim Hayward I was pleased to find exactly what I wanted and at a good price. The deal was fair, I’d part exchanged my previous car, efficient and as smooth as you’d want the process to be. After a couple of days of driving the car, I did come across a couple of small issues. 2 buttons on the iDrive weren’t working and a small noise coming from the engine. Tristan in the office worked quickly with me to identify the issues and rectify them. He organised a new iDrive and had it sent to me within days and paid for a local mechanic to clarify where the noise was coming from. The BMW dealership the car had originally come from had not fitted a valve correctly which was part of a recall. They took the car in and fitted a new one correctly. It’s not ideal having these small issues when you buy a car, but I don’t see these as things the dealership would pick up on. What I was extremely pleased about was the how they took charge and ensured these things were rectified as quickly as possible. Communication was excellent and I never felt like they were ignoring me or trying to get away with anything which I think we tend to feel when buying second hand cars. Thank you Tristan and I’ll be sure to recommend you to any colleagues looking to change their cars.

Bought 1 year old Mercedes car here, was a bit apprehensive at first as I was travelling 180 miles from Hertfordshire to wales to buy the car after agreeing a part x price and total price over the phone. On arrival met Tristan and he was very approachable and easy to talk to regarding the car. Had a test drive which I new would be fine then looked around the car and was slightly disappointed as there were some minor scratches but the guy in the workshop can’t remember his name was fantastic and straight away got about polishing the minor issues and within 30mins all was good. Also had a chat with Tim the owner and I generally think these guys care. Thanks again.

2nd car from Tim Hayward, as usual great service. Both Tristan and the owner Tim are seem like good guys being realistic in there prices and friendly and knowledgeable. They will work with you to get a deal done that will work for both parties involved. In my experience the after sales are good to, turned out my new car needed new brake pads quite soon after purchase, They did not quibble and supplied me with the parts and paid my local garage to put them on.

Had bit of an issue with the drivers side mirror took a couple of weeks to get it sorted, apart from that i found the boys pleasant and easy to get on with. i will more than likely get our next car from here,
