Customer service was good pre purchase(March 2019) including making the vehicle available for off site professional inspection.The vehicle was as described, well presented, and there have been no problems over the first 6,000 miles.The initial experience was let down, post purchase, by failure to supply(after many requests) the main dealer warranty paperwork provided with the car so that the remaining 6 months warranty could be transferred into my name.

I have used Tim for our vehicles for many years now, and he and his staff have always been fantastic to work with. Besides being friendly and helpful, they do not push you in any way to get a sale which is very refreshing. I will continue to use Tim now as we have found ourselves someone we can trust and that means a lot this day and age. Use with confidence and you won’t be disappointed.

The experience at the sales in Cardiff was pleasant and friendly. The staff were helpful. Unfortunately, after one week, I had to pay £280 to replace the diesel filler pipe as it was damaged and I couldn't put fuel into the vehicle. I couldn't bring the vehicle back because I didn't have enough fuel to get to Cardiff. We had the same problem when your employee tried to fuel the vehicle on the day of purchase, but thought it was just a defective pump nozzle at the garage. Also, I still have no log book or MOT certificate, even though I was assured that I would get the MOT certificate the week after I made the request to the staff in Cardiff. The vehicle has been fine since I bought it a month ago and fixed the fuel problem myself, however, disappointed that I had to spend £280 on it one week after I bought it.

Car had a few issues when I brought but they were fixed for no charge and was given a courtesy car for the time they had my in for repair

Good choice of cars helpful with all aspects of getting car ‘on the road’ for drive home. If I have one criticism it would be that car was not showroom ready but because of this the price was adjusted satisfactorily however excellent car.
