I found the who dealt with my purchase great to deal with, there was no hard sell or pressure and they were willing to negotiate on my part ex. The minor faults i picked up on my car were dealt with when i picked it up. Very helpful with the documentation when we completed the deal. I was in a market for a BMW 6 Series for a while, I was unable to find one that had all the specs I was after as I am very picky. 1st of all i do part exchange so they reduce price a lot of 4 years vehicle. Than they did not do a penny discount for new purchase car. I’m not complaining just saying. They make money from both cars. My not satisfied opinion if you make money than make customer happy for who help you make money. 2nd I ask does the car have been involved in the car accident or maybe was re-spray by some reason? They guarantee as no. But after I visit one of my known garages i was told that car has in at least couple of incidents as couple of parts was re-sprayed.

Great experience when I bought my Audi from there I part ex my old car didn't have to do anything they did it all just handed my the keys. never had issues since having the car over a year now very friendly people

Very approachable and helpful. Arranged test drive at short notice and negotiations were polite and honest. The car was presented in excellent condition. The only snag was an oversight in documentation, which unfortunately led to having to wait around for 4 hours, whikst the error was dealt with.
