The car was accident damaged which I found worrying for salesman who obviously doesn't check his stock. Having travelled some 200 miles round trip, I was disappointed to say the least. I will not be purchasing a vehicle from side street trader in future, so I had lucky escape.

The vehicle was as described and minor faults such as the satnav card missing was soon rectified. Tim even made life easier by delivering the vehicle to me. After sales service was equally as good. I purchased a BMW 520d from Tim Hayward In April 2019. The team were fantastic at answering my questions before the purchase. As I was travelling down from Scotland to collect the car, they kindly offered to pick me up from the airport. Car was exactly as described. I was very helpful that they had a significant number of photos of the car showing online (I think it was 50+ pics). I would recommend them to anyone. I have had no problems at all with the car so obviously no need to go back to them for any post-sale issues.

I purchased a lovely BMW X5 40D from Tim Haywood Car Sales. They did a couple of jobs I asked for before pick up which I paid extra for. One of these jobs was done incorrectly so I had to remove the Msport Sill stickers. Tim said he would refit new ones if I purchased new ones. He would call me when he could fit them. I also told him that the car had a service light on plus brake fluid change due light on plus vehicle inspection due light on. I have not had a call from them to put these things right. It has cost me £400 to get the service carried out along with vehicle inspection plus the brake fluid changed. This is not right when you pay over £27000 for a car from a so called reputable dealer. This should not have left the forecourt before being serviced. They are nice people with nice cars but they have not addressed my car. Very very disappointed as much as I love the car.
