WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A MOVING COMPANY EVER!!!! This company has terrible customer services. And the pricing constantly changes throughout the course of the move when nothing with my move changed. There were several issues with pick up and delivery that never got resolved. My load arrived a week later than what I was told Upon pickup one of their own employees told me I was being screwed and he wished I hadn’t used them. During scheduling of the move I spoke with about 5 different people from amerisafe and the company they used to outsource the job to who was also the worst you could imagine (Jackson Movers) and not one time did I get a consistent/same explanation about anything. The only the that was consistent was every time I spoke with someone my price continued to get higher As things continued to get worse and the issues continued to pile up it was harder and harder to get in touch with someone to help resolve anything. I’ve used professional movers for the last 16 years and this is by far the worst I’ve ever seen

I am extremely upset with the moving service provided by Amerisafe Moving Company for a scheduled move on June 8th. Initially, I requested a quote for moving from San Antonio, TX to Denver, CO. Colin, a customer representative, contacted me to discuss the list of items, and he quoted me $4750 for a semi-service. He mentioned that this price was an early scheduled promotional rate and required half of the amount in advance to lock the price, which I paid. Colin assured me that the company would contact me a week before the move to review the items again. As promised, Heidi called a week prior, and after adding only a few items to the original list, she increased the price to an outrageous $8500. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested to cancel the service, Heidi informed me that it was uncertain whether I would get my deposit back and advised me to contact customer service. Upon contacting customer service, I received no clear response about the refund of my deposit. Feeling trapped and fearing the loss of my deposit, I reluctantly accepted the new price. They even made me pay the remaining half of the deposit, totaling nearly $4500. The friendly customer service I initially experienced vanished completely. On the moving day, two movers showed up with a Penske truck. They did a walkthrough before loading, during which I even removed some items to avoid further issues. After the walkthrough, they contacted their office and informed me that the new price would be a staggering $14,600. Angered and disappointed, I spoke with someone from the office who stated that Amerisafe was merely a broker and not the actual moving company. I immediately canceled the service and am now trying to recover my money. I strongly advise against using Amerisafe Moving Company. They are dishonest and their practices are deceptive. Avoid this company at all costs.
