My experience with AmeriSafe Moving Service was excellent. The group was professional, on time, and very cautious with my stuff. They ensured that everything went easily and without incident. They are fantastic for any relocation needs, in my opinion!

The staff took hours longer than anticipated and moved at a snail's pace. When I questioned why, they became defensive and made rude statements. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism. I do not suggest AmeriSafe Moving Services to anyone.

Several of my belongings, including pricey electronics, went missing following my move with AmeriSafe. When I contacted them, they denied any responsibility and refused to assist me in recovering any funds. Their lack of concern is awful.

The moving crew performed their duties with the utmost efficiency, etiquette, and professionalism. They packed with such care, making sure that everything I had would go safely. The quotation I received was accurate, and the cost was very competitive. The team arrived on schedule, went to work, and completed the move significantly sooner than anticipated. That they handled my belongings so well—no damage at all—made me very happy. AmeriSafe Moving Services was a disaster. They arrived late, damaged my walls while moving furniture, and left rubbish behind. They provided no recompense for the damages, only a half-hearted apology. Never again!

The movers seemed more interested in taking breaks than in actually relocating my belongings. They mistreated boxes labeled 'fragile' and even damaged a glass coffee table. To top it all off, they requested a tip despite providing poor service. Definitely avoid this company!

I was quoted a single amount, but after the relocation, I was charged roughly double! No explanation, only excuses. The movers took forever and plainly dragged their feet. My furniture was scratched, and they refused to install it as agreed. Complete rip-off

Over 10k in damages, 25 business days past the first delivery date and half of our items are still missing. Amerisafe keeps ignoring us and pushing any complaints off. Most of the boxes we paid to pack are between 1/2 to 3/4 full, and most of the breakables we have were wrapped in paper towels or tablecloths. I have images to back up any claims.

The pricing become obvious, with out a hidden expenses, and the customer service was usually available when I wanted them.

I’m absolutely shocked by the reviews. This is the first time I’ve gone with a company that appears to have good reviews, but this was a complete nightmare for me. This company is dishonest based on what they quoted over the phone vs what I ended up paying for the move. Now I’m left feeling like a complete idiot for using these guys. Not to mention the broken and lost items that I will not ever see again. Please take my advice and pass on this company.
