FANTASTIC BED AND SERVICE

Absolutely incredible service! I purchased a bed over 2 years ago and it's still in amazing condition, so when I moved house I wanted to keep the bed and take it with me. LIU offered incredible customer service and agreed to disassemble, redeliver and rebuild the bed for me at the new address. The delivery guys were lovely and friendly and more importantly, they did a great job - leaving both property's walls etc in perfect condition. The products are fantastic quality and the service is the cherry on top! I will definitely be purchasing some more furniture from LIU for my new place :)

Was quoted a 3-7 week delivery and did end up having to wait the full 7 weeks, but oh was it worth it. The bed is stunning! And the guys who delivered the bed and installed it were fantastic. I did worry about how they would get the bed up the stairs with out damaging my very newly decorated walls, but they did it without a blemish. All in all a beautiful product with great customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Ordered online and was a little worried about not seeing the bedframe before buying but I had a material sample sent. There was about five weeks wait as the bedframe wasn't in stock but it was delivered when it was supposed to be by a good two man team who soon had it all fixed together. Overall very pleased.

First time I have ever left a review on anything, but I just HAVE to for this amazing company! I ordered a bed from them and was so so happy with it that I then ordered two sofas and a footstool which arrived last week, and I couldn’t be happier! The quality of the furniture is 5 star and the company are so easy to deal with, they reply to emails very quickly. Even both deliveries have been painless and the drivers were friendly and helpful, they took shoes off without asking and take all packaging away and place items wherever you wish. It’s always a risk ordering from somewhere for the first time especially when you can’t test the items first but I am SOO happy I did, I am over the moon with my purchases and will definitely continue to use this company!! :-)

Delivered when they said 7:00-7:15 and the delivery drivers where very polite and helpful. The bed is very well made and only took 30 mins to put together.

I love my chair - just as expected. Reasonable price and delivery as stated. The delivery people put the legs on and removed all the packaging which was great. Only way to improve is not to have to wait so long for it.

Start to finish brilliant service. Saw article in Sunday times with reviews. Swatches arrived following day , ordered over the phone . Communication on delivery . Guys arrived last Wednesday in the snow and were delightful. Love the bed , have recommended to friends and what value for money .

I bought the ottoman Davenport bed in super king size last month. This bed is of very high quality. It is sturdy, has been made with beautiful fabric and came just as I expected based on the fabric samples and pictures online. This is the third time I've ordered a bed from Living it up and I have to say their products really do last. The bed I bought years ago still looks as great as the new one I got last month. The service was brilliant..really quick, super polite staff and delivery was also easy. The drivers turned up, installed the bed and then took the rubbish away with them.. I cannot recommend this company enough. Absolutely love the bed I got from here and will definitely be ordering again!

Excellent service. Also the two delivery guys who delivered were excellent, very helpful in both the delivery into the property and their assembly of the bed. They were also very polite and a credit to the company.
