I was a bit dubious at first as they have no showroom. But I took a risk. The blokes were very professional quickly installed and I am extremely impressed with the quality of the product. Very good quality and heavy product. Feels expensive not cheap. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a Macy bed from Living it up, from the start the communication was excellent and the order was processed with ease and everything was explained perfectly. On delivery the men very super friendly and helpful and set up the bed in no time, the bed arrived when it was supposed to and the delivery was set up to my convenience. The quality of the bed is superb, I had heard excellent things about the quality of the products and was not left dissapointed, the bed was immaculate and so classy. From start to finish everything was just brilliant, can’t wait to order my next product. Well done guys, refreshing change to have everything run so smooth.

Superb company to deal with. Easy web site and excellent communication. Bed arrived on time. Delivery team were polite & called ahead of time to confirm their ETA. Bed was fully assembled on site and packaging removed. Highly recommend.

Bed is great albeit expensive. Installation service is fantastic, they brought in to flat and only took them 35 mins to install and took all rubbish away with them! 12 week lead time from order to delivery is excessive.

Living up have delivered various items to my house before and each time the delivery drivers are so conscientious of cleanliness & were very friendly and made me feel at ease. They did everything for me, and even took away all of the packaging and rubbish everyone dreads having to deal with! The latest purchase yesterday was a chesterfield style sofa bed. It is gorgeous. Amazing quality and beautiful fabric. Really pleased with living up. From start to finish, Rosie has dealt with me personally and ensured I was kept aware of delivery schedules etc. I will definitely buy again! Thanks!!! Holly x

High quality product. I chose the Anneka in soft black as I wanted something contemporary and minimalist. Delivery service and build was swift and professional - I stayed on a conference call in my office while it all happened in less that 30 minutes. I waited almost ten months to buy my bed because I was causious about buying online without seeing it in real life...even with the swatches. I should have gone ahead with the purchase sooner. If you like the style of one of the beds then I would not hesitate.

A bit annoyed. I previously had a 5 start experience with living it up and I have recommended them to my friends and family. However with my most recent order, I chased up last week and was told that despite receiving the item, the delivery company which is used has gone into administration. I understand that this is an extraordinary situation however I would have thought the company would have contacted me themselves to notify me. In addition, the item should be delivered this week however i have been told that as they are arranging a new delivery company, this will not happed. I have yet to be given a delivery date. Consider I place the order over 6 weeks ago, the experience thus far has been poor. I hope I do get my bed within the next week, however I am not holding my breath.
