Beautiful bed received and incredible bespoke, super-sized Ottoman made for us upon request. Some sawdust from factory on the bed fabric - complained to Customer Service who responded quickly and appropriately. Overall excellent products and people. Thanks!

DO NOT USE!! ordered a bed and the holes were drilled incorrectly, and the remaining holes were not threaded. Thought this would be a simple fix with a replacement sent out, but the bed is now out of stock. NO compensation offered and instead a woman who identified herself as the manager advised for me to drill holes myself. I was unwilling to do this on such an expensive bed. NO compensation was offered and no alternatives or discounts offered on any other bed. Very poor service. save your money and shop elsewhere. Took a week to pick up the bed and a further 3 days to refund the money. Rude staff

Good service, good quality product, but it is a shame that the headboard doesn't fold flat against the wall, as it appears to do in the pictures, as this item has obviously been designed for a small space.

Saw the Sofa in the Sunday Times and thought is was good value for what looked to be a stylish sofa. I had a good booking experience will call to the office to change my delivery time that was easily done. Had a nice team who delivered the sofas who were chatty and very efficient. Comfortable sofa so far.

We ordered a ROMA DOUBLE NATURAL WALNUT BED and ESSENTIAL 1000 POCKET SPRUNG MATTRESS. It took 6 weeks to receive it, which was rather longer than expected. We have been told that mattress making delayed the delivery. The bed is nice and exactly like it looks in the pictures. It is also very heavy and delicate as it can get chipped very easily (as any laminate or similar kind). This is a good standard product. Manufactured in China. Assembling is manageable. The mattress is very comfortable.
