Ordered my garden furniture from here and was really pleased with the service and quality of the product. Would definitely use in the future !

I purchased the Barcelona Rattan sofa set and also the Cube 4 seater dining table/chairs. Both products came exactly on the day and time specified and both are excellent items. They are exactly as described in the website and the measurements provided ensured they fit perfectly on my decking. I couldn't have been more pleased. Unfortunately, for various reasons I did not unpack all the cushions belonging to the dining set until approx 6 weeks after delivery. I then found that one of the scatter cushions had a broken zip. I e-mailed the company and received a prompt reply from Jemma Robinson informing me that a new cushion would be despatched to me. I have received this today & must say that this is superb after sales service. 10 out of 10 for this company and also for Jemma.

The delivery was planned at a weekend without the usual surcharge. Called 30 mins prior to delivery. The lads were friendly, clean and very efficient. The bed was assembled in 20 mins and all rubbish removed. This was probably the best online order and delivery of furniture that I've ever experienced. Excellent!

I ordered some garden furniture online and was contacted within 2 hours to arrange delivery. I was able to choose a day convenient to me and it arrived perfectly on time. Bought a king size bed, mattress and chest of drawers. Delivery was prompt and team was very pleasant and efficient in carrying in the items and assembling the bed. Had to build the drawers myself but they were pretty self-explanatory. Have now lived with these new items for about a week and the quality is very good.

Ordered on line. Got phone call to arrange a delivery slot. Goods arrived. All within a few days. Great service. The Barcelona Rattan garden sofa set is brilliant, looks wonderful in the garden and has the appearance and quality of a more expensive item. Can't fault Living It Up. Nice to see there are still companies that take pride in customer satisfaction and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of purchasing good quality goods at realistic prices.

Bought a storage bed from this company. It was exactly as described and fabric was as per the sample. The delivery was brilliant which is unusual these days, the guys put the bed together and then took away all the packaging. Couldn't have asked for more. Would highly recommend.

We bought a Barcelona garden set, which I must say is great quality and as good as the picture if not better. We did have one problem as one part did not turn up but it was very quickly sorted.
