I loved everything about my living it up experience. They were always just a call away & answered all questions. Delivery was smooth and on time. I Love my new Bed footstall & cushions x will defo be buying from them in the near future.

What a fantastic company. Experience from start to finish was so great. Not only are the designs & choice of colours of their beds beautiful & something a bit different to the more mainstream places, but their customer care is excellent. Couldn’t be happier. Ordered my bed, was kept updated as to when it would arrive. I was notified that the bed was expected a couple of days later than expected so they added a complimentary guardsman protection (before I even replied)! It’s little touches like this that make you feel cared for as a customer. Not only that- lots of delivery drivers have trouble finding our address as it’s a new build so refuse to deliver or make it hard work. But they just found the nearest post code off their own accord & then rang me when close! Such a breath of fresh air to what I normally have to deal with. Once arrived the men were polite & quick & my beautiful bed was made! So happy I chose livingitup...will recommend to everyone

Amazing customer service; emails/ phone call/ delivery, all responded to in friendly and professional manner. Really pleased with my Cadence low footboard bed!!! Thanks go to the 2 delivery guys who got the bed in - Chris and Wayne?? Hope I got names right. Would definitely recommend and use again

Overall great service, bed was exactly as described and delivery and build was top notch. Only reason it wasnt a 5 is because the bed ordered was 2 weeks past the lead time.

I absolutely love my new Evie bed, it’s beautiful! It is such good quality and looks stunning. We had to wait a while from ordering the bed to it being delivered, but once the delivery date was scheduled, the communication was reallly informative. I had to ring in about the delivery time and the lady on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful. The two men who delivered were fantastic, they were so respectful of my home. They took their shoes off without being asked and took away all the packaging. Thanks so much Living It Up!

Great service

I have had a very good experience with Living it Up. I was a bit worried as I ordered over the internet and the bed I ordered was not cheap but I needn't have worried! My bed is fantastic, Ivy Tall bed in metallic grey. It is very good quality and the delivery men were fantastic. They put the bed together in 20 minutes, took all the rubbish away and even put my mattress back on the bed for me. They arrived when they said they would and took off their boots when entering the house. Nicola at customer services was fantastic in keeping me informed of delivery date. I was told it would arrive in 4 to 8 weeks and it arrived in 6. Looking forward to sleeping in my new bed tonight! Well done living it up I will definitely recommend you to family and friends.

Arrogant rude staff who just lectured me about delivery times despite being told 3 different estimated deliveries and hung up on me. The website said 7 working days then they emailed me stating 6 weeks now it’s 8 weeks! Having lost all confidence I called to cancel my order but was faced with a barrage of abuse about how wrong I was and she knows everything despite contradicting herself several times on the phone. Good riddance to organisations like this .. I asked several times to stop her behaviour to no avail. Horrid experience from start to finish.

Happy to answer my many questions, very understanding when I needed to delay my delivery date. Was fitted quickly and efficiently. I had an issue where a small part of my bed had been damaged, this was rectified quickly and very much to my satisfaction. I hope my bed lasts for years to come, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I've had an excellent experience with Living It Up. From start to end Rosie has been amazing and has helped me every step of the way. There was a slight issue on delivery and I have never met a company who will do anything to solve an issue and make sure the client is happy in the way that Living It Up did. I would 100% recommend them not only for customer service but also quality of products. I LOVE MY BED!
