Ordered a Cardiology IV (they're authorized dealers, found them thru 3M Littmann's site) and a Troemner (160g, quality German made) at close to half local price, both engraved, at 13:10 Wednesday, shipped same day (deadline for shipping same day is 16:00). Around 14:00 I realized I had forgotten to buy a couple of things, asked chat, in a few minutes got it added (you buy a "special service" after logging out and back in, it's then added to the cart to the system doesn't require shipping as it's already paid for in original order). Shipping to Denmark says 2-3 days. Got mine Friday so just 2 days. PS: Engraving (looks superb) can be done even with special letters (like ø), as chat had already assured me. I couldn't remove an accidentally added double item (Troemner) in my cart, maybe due to the engraving, so an obvious bug, but chat quickly sorted it it for me. I recommend shopping during chat availability hours. Btw, Littmann has an app for learning ausculation; you register with your stethoscope serial number.
