After not sending me an item for which I had paid, sending me one wrong item and ignoring my questions, they only contacted me after I had written a bad review, asking me to delete it and saying they would ship the items again. Well they did not, and this review is here to stay. Hopefully it will save someone from going through the same experience. Apparently their customers are a joke to them, no one has ever treated me so disrespectfully.

Ho acquistato uno stetoscopio Littmann Classic III con incisione personalizzata. Il prodotto è conforme alla descrizione e tralasciando la recensione del prodotto in sé e valutando il sito devo dire che è altamente consigliato. Ho contattato più volte il servizio clienti su Whatsapp e hanno risposto in maniera puntuale ed esaustiva. L’incisione risulta di ottima qualità. L’unica lieve pecca riguarda la spedizione: ho ordinato sabato e ho ricevuto il prodotto il venerdì successivo. Calcolando i 2-3 giorni lavorativi previsti e dichiarati sarebbe dovuto arrivare un paio di giorni prima. Tuttavia è solo un piccolo appunto e non è un vero e proprio difetto, considerando tra l’altro il fatto che le spedizioni provengono dai Paesi Bassi. Sito molto fornito riguardo stetoscopi e accessori. Sicuramente soddisfatto per l’efficienza e la qualità del servizio. Ricomprerò senz’altro.
