Snelle verzending, maar daarna geen contact met klantenservice te krijgen over een probleem. Ook op meerdere verzoeken om artikel te retourneren geen reactie. Dus als alles goed gaat prima bedrijf, bij problemen wordt niets opgelost. Afrader!

I ordered a Thinklabs One Digitale Stethoskop and a bluetooth transmitter. The Stethoscoop-Centrum promised on his homepage the possibility to connect the stethoscope with my iPhone. + very quickly I received the stethoscope, - but the link to my iPhone wasn't possible. - Therefore, I phoned several times for support. But there was no support: Once he was in the pause, another time he was out of the house. Each time they promised to contact me, but they didn't. - For this reason, I sent back the stethoscope. - They never confirmed the reception of the parcel. But it arrived (confirmed by DHL). - So, I asked PayPal for help. They never answered to PayPal neither. + PayPal refunded my order.

Responsive support as soon as 7:30 in the morning, straight to the dawn ,and on many occasions even on weekends and nights . It's utterly difficult to cover the support of this many shops and products . Respects

Further to my earlier review I would like to retract my statement as Sebastian has been extremely helpful and resent my order which I have now received. The original Stethoscope is still lost in transit, but my daughter is ecstatic with her belated 21st birthday gift. The quality of the product is exceptional, and it was beautifully gift wrapped and actually arrived in 5 days from date of despatch. I must extend my apologies to the team, but my frustration and disappointment led me to writing the negative review, which I hope this now makes up for. Thank you

Ho comprato uno stetoscopio Littmann Classic III per fare un regalo, per questo motivo ho deciso di aggiungere anche l’incisione per renderlo personalizzato (facilissimo tramite qualche click, testo e la possibilità di scegliere il carattere desiderato). Ho aggiunto al carrello la custodia che è fornita di uno scomparto foderato da retina per aggiungere qualche oggetto in più alla comoda cover dello stetoscopio. Prima di terminare l’ordine ho deciso di aggiungere un messaggio (che è stato stampato su un semplice foglio A4 ma con un immagine carina e colorata che raccoglieva il testo all’interno di una letterina) ed inoltre ho richiesto che mi si venisse impacchettato con carta da regalo il tutto. Attendendo l’arrivo del mio ordine, con traking preciso fornito dall’azienda, arrivato nei tempi previsti ed in ottime condizioni. Aperto il pacco, ho trovato che fosse stato incartato molto bene lo stetoscopio littmann mentre la custodia no. Va bene lo stesso. Una volta scartato il regalo, naturalmente chi l’ha ricevuto ne è rimasto piacevolmente colpito, posso dire che fosse in ottime condizioni, immacolato. L’oggetto, bellissimo ed utilissimo, ancora più bello per l’incisione personalizzata. Ho scoperto inoltre che il codice di riferimento, inciso sullo stetoscopio, dà accesso gratuito all’app dedicata all’apprendimento di utilizzo. Al termine della recensione voglio consigliere il negozio per la serietà e la qualità date dalla mia personale esperienza.

I ordered 39 stethos for my collegues and I (we're still students) plus one pouch each: everyone of us was given the possibility to choose the color we liked the most. so we did it. I had an email exchange with Sebastiaan, who was ALWAYS very kind and polite to me (I had to change some details during the work); he indulged all my requests, and he's quite fast answering the emails! The only one little problem we had was with the delivery: it took a few additional days (a week instead of 2-3 working days) because some stethos were out of stock, so it's not their fault. Plus, they gave us a discount, which was very useful and convenient. I highly recommend Stethoscoop Centrum to everyone! PS: My collegues were just so happy and excited to finally have their own stetho!
