No me ha llegado el pedido después varias semanas. Cuando contacto con ellos no me llegan a dar nunca una respuesta. NO recomiendo comprar nada aquí.

I was extremely satisfied with your service. The stethoscop is high quality. You have the best prize. The shipping was extremely fast and without any problems. I ordered on Thursday evening and on Monday the package was delivered to the address in the Czech Republic.

I have ordered a parcel from them on 11 January 2022 as they were recommended by 3M. The status of the order is shipped. However, the shipment details are incomplete on the post service website. No delivery and progress since then despite to my numerous requests. The customer service is poor, I suspect that it's fraud.

I ordered Litmann sthetoscope and the colour did not match the colour on the picture on their website. I did complain about this but they didn't do anything about it. Customer service was very poor. Also they try to screen bad reviews by asking people to remove their remove before they fix their mistakes. That happened for me with another product. I wrote bad review as they wouldn't send me correct product (I got a wrong one due to mistake on their website). I did remove my first review and after that they corrected that mistake. Still they didn't accept refunding sthetoscope that was wrong colour. Wouldn't recommend ordering from this website!

Pessimi!!! Ho comprato uno stetoscopio pagandolo quasi 300€! Spedizione prevista in 3-4 giorni. Sono passati più di due mesi e ho paura che mi abbiamo rubato i soldi! Comprate da un altro sito

This company is a total fraud. I made an order with them 4 weeks ago, which after supposedly shipping then had a permanent status of "shipment not delivered". Awful, awful company. Please avoid making an order with them they never reply to any emails and will steal your money. A total SHAM! I have contacted the 3M fraud department to warn them about this company.

Si se equivocan no te dan respuesta, me enviaron el pedido de otro cliente, nada que ver con lo que pedimos, no nos dan ninguna respuesta, se hacen los locos.... No comprad aquí, si hay algún problema se desentienden por completo. Ahora, cobrártelo te lo cobran sin problemas, mala empresa.

Meermalen de klantenservice gebeld/gemaild; waarbij telkens opnieuw werd gezegd dat de stethoscoop de volgende dag binnen zou komen, wat telkens weer niet het geval bleek te zijn. Laatste keer dat ik bij deze webwinkel bestel.

I placed an order for a group of students for a total of 60 Littlmann classic III stethoscopes and 54 cases. We took stethoscopes of different models and some with the engraving. Probably due to some temporary unavailability of some models, the delivery was divided into 3 parts and therefore it took us several weeks to receive everything. But the customer service was very kind and helpful. Given the large order, we received an excellent price and no shipping costs (even if there were 3 different shipments). For orders of this type I would definitely recommend it but with the foresight to order well in advance. The items arrived in perfect condition and the engravings are also very nice.

Still haven't arrived yet,been waiting for over a month and my stetoscope won't arrive on time.

I made an order for a Combi set Otoscopio & Oftalmoscopio with personalized incision. I received an instrument very different from what was ordered and without any incision (total cost € 209,60). I sent it back at my expense and I received confirmation of delivery. Despite the commitment of refunding me on the PayPal site, I didn't receive yet any refund. Very bad experience.

The order arrived in just 3 days, everything correct as described. Communication with the seller was fluid. I am very satisfied, good service at an unbeatable price

Scherpe prijzen, product solide verpakt, keuze uit 2 vervoerders; DPD en Post NL, omdat Post NL de laatste tijd zelden de levertijd nakomt heb ik voor DPD gekozen, deze hanteren een levertijd van 2 tot 3 dagen, na 2 dagen werd het pakket keurig thuis bezorg.

Pesimo servicio. Mas de medio año para recibir mi pedido y aun no me lo han mandado. Imposible ponerse en contacto con ellos. Lo he intentado por todos los medios posibles y me ignoran en todos ellos. 0% recomendable. Si no lo habeis comprado aun no lo hagais... os arrepentireis

Ashamed I can't rate this company 0 stars. I ordered an item and i received a different cheaper version of it, so I contacted them several times to fix this problem and didnt get any response. After no response I then looked at the company's reviews and noticed that this isn't the first time that the company has done this. I'm very dissapointed and i hope my review will help others not making the same mistake ordering a product from StethoscopeShop.eu

Pienamente soddisfatta del mio Littmann III Classic. Incisione effettuata perfettamente. I tempi per la spedizione sono stati un po' più lunghi del previsto (ha impiegato 9 giorni ad arrivare, piuttosto che 3-4, come mi avevano detto). In ogni caso, consiglio di acquistare da Stethoscoop Centrum per la professionalità, l'affidabilità e la qualità dei loro prodotti.
