Being able to buy in the smaller quantities is a big plus for us. We are a small nursery and this allows us to be able to provide our customers with a variety of plants. Wonderful customer service. Plants have been very healthy.

There was a supply problem with my original order and used handled at quickly and flawlessly applause applause to you... Does small putting is aren't doing that well but it's early days.... And I shall be placing another order in about 2 weeks. We could discuss your low order fee....hmmm But still in about 2 weeks.

I ordered Cherokee Purple maters. Amazing looking plants. I will order more starts again. Y’all did great. UPS unfortunately can’t follow simple instructions as labeled on box. Box was left upside down on my porch. Fortunately I got to them quickly. Almost 100% survived. Looking forward to mater season

North Carolina Farms was great to work with, even being all the way in Colorado. This was our first year ordering from them, and though we had some flowers die (expected that to be the case), they came quickly once shipment was confirmed. The were great to work with, even checking to make sure we would be back from our Spring Break at the school. We look forward to working with them again!

I did my order through the website and I had confirmations immediately and received emails with status updates throughout the process.

Our Farm makes hanging baskets and sometimes our grow doesn't do so well. We are first time buyers here and I must say we are impressed! The plants arrived in BEAUTIFUL condition with only minor issues that were easily dealt with-they are happy in the greenhouse at the moment as we allow them to adjust before utilizing in our baskets. The plants were a great size! Bigger than expected which is ALWAYS a great thing! I wish I could leave pictures to show them here-they really are gorgeous and healthy! We look forward to ordering more(which we already have!)

Great bunch of plugs arrived in beautiful condition

Received the second part of our order, 1000 lavender plugs. A few plugs were out of the cell, due to shipping, but we’re all present and in good condition. Communication on batching and shipping was excellent. Look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Great looking plants but as we repotted them, there were a few dead in the middle. Ordering is easy and most of the plants look GREAT!!!!!

I'm not at all happy with how our order arrived. This was a quality control issue, not shipping issue. The condition of a few trays were compromised, poorly germinated and still sent to us. There was no communication prior to shipping, so it was an unpleasant surprise. I will say once we contacted customer service they did work quickly to make sure it was resolved. A bit of a setback for us, and not a great first impression on the quality control. Customer service was much appreciated. Fingers crossed for our subsequent orders...

My plants were delivered damaged beyond saving, it looked as if they were transported in a clothes dryer. UPS has not responded about the damage.

plants were awesome . only a few were banged up . my only issue is i had to have unexpected surgery so cancelled this order because i would be well enough to transplant . i got the email that said it was cancelled but then was charged and they were shipped anyway . i wasn’t well enough and missed email that they were being batched . when i feel recovered enough i would order again

When my order arrived half the Roma tomato order was loose and not in the plugs which means I lost half the Roma order. I also received about 220 out of a 250 order of marigolds of bonanza bee. I have photos of how both those trays looked after I unboxed them.

Plants came in fast and in good health. Definitely will be back for more.
