Plants are healthy and well-packaged. I wish the coleus plants were smaller though. Some of them are lanky. Apart from that, everything's great. I will order from NCFarms again.

Ordered 3,200 lavender plugs. A week before shipment a bad storm damaged my green houses, and NC farms held my shipment until I was back up and running. Excellent customer service when I called. When the lavender arrived it was packaged tightly, with every plug in place, and the plants looked great.

Most arrived very good but two colors, red and pink were not in good shape and had difficulty transfering to pots.

The plants always arrive healthy and ready to plant. The ordering process is very easy and the customer service people are very helpful. I would recommend North Carolina Farms to anyone for top notch plant products. Great job NCF.

I thought you did an excellent job with the plants, Fed Ex on the other hand did not, they left my plants at the wrong address, and my plants had to stay in my car for 8 hours.

Your plants have always been great when I receive them and they have been shipped and delivered properly! However FedEx screws you over quite frequently because they deliver product that has been in the box is too long or frozen in the trucks overnight.

This is the second season I have purchased plants from North Carolina Farms. Last year, I was very pleased with the quality of the plants and the service I received. This year, however, was much different. I ordered plants for two separate ship weeks and the plants I received both times were not of great quality. The first shipment was sent 1.5 weeks late, which is fine, but I had to call 3 times and send emails to get an answer about where my plants were. In the second shipment, I had an entire tray of damaged plants. I immediately called to explain the situation. No one answered, so I left a message with all my information and what had happened. I asked for someone to return my call so we could resolve the situation. It has now been 7 days and no one ever bothered to call me back. I am a grower who purchases over 75,000 plugs & liners per year and I'm very thankful that I got the majority of them from somewhere else. Otherwise, I would not be on track to open my greenhouses on time.
