Excellent service from Matt/ Torbay Trophy foods. Regular free deliveries to our door. He has also helped our dog to reduce his weight. The food is of high quality and our dog loves it.

I have a nearly 14 year old working cocker spaniel called Honey so her diet and the quality of the food we give her is so important. Matt is always on hand for advice. We recently called upon his services for advice regarding honeys age and dietary requirements. As always the best advice was given and honey is still thriving. An additional product was recommended to help her with her stiff legs. This seems to be working very well. I recommend Trophy to all pet owners.

A fading pet food service. Better products and delivery options can be found online. It speaks volumes that the number of franchise owners has been slowly decreasing during the past 5 years. The food they provide looks like chocolate Weetos and probably contains less protein too.

Absolutely fantastic I can’t recommend enough. I dealt with Matthew and he was so knowledgable about different problems we were having with our rescue dogs coat and toileting. He dropped me in lots of samples and helped me to choose the best option for us. The result was a dog who’s hair grew back and was no longer struggling with toileting issues. I can not recommend Marie and John from trophy pet food enough. They provided an excellent service- always going that extra mile for you. Trophy pet food is the best dog food around. I have a new rescue puppy and it’s given him such a shiny, healthy coat and has been excellent on his sensitive stomach. A fantastic range.

I would like to be able to create an online account as I only order through the website after my local rep moved away. No customer loyalty reward for online purchasing. Otherwise the food is great and my dog loves it.

I initially didn't really want this but bidded on it in a cat charity auction,to raise money and then won it. However it was delivered to me in Torquay both promptly and in a friendly way. So now looking a bit positive. Now it seems all of my 3 cats like this. If you try to judge it £/kg, it seems quite a lot more expensive than those from the supermarket, but they don't seem to eat much at all, so it lasts for ever. Just give it a go

A great nutritional product that our two sprockets have had from puppy to adult. Everyone expresses how glossy and healthy they look. It’s all down to trophy dog food. Adopting a dog is a busy time. Trying to maintain the diet established in the kennels should be easy. However, the pet shop advised the preferred food our greyhound was on was not being produced due to ingredient issues. I contacted our Trophy contacts. Who swiftly weighed and assessed our lovely hound and advised the best feed for her. A great help at a difficult time. She is thriving and I love the delivery service.
