We was using Trophy for around a year before we started encountering issues in December. Our first order wasn’t received at all with no explanation as to where it was as. This was then refunded and we ordered another two bags in the hopes that this issue was a one off issue. Sadly this wasn’t the case and after waiting over the 10 day turn around period I emailed to ask about my order multiple times when I was told that the item I had ordered was no longer in stock which is very frustrating as it was clear this wasn’t going to be communicated unless I chased. It’s a real shame that this is the case following, I assume, new owners. I’ll be switching to another brand that can consistently deliver as it’s not great to have to keep switching a dog’s food.

I have been waiting 10 days since you took payment and acknowledged my order but as yet I have not had any update on delivery etc. Not a great advert for animal welfare or how to run a business. I am having to go out in the morning to buy a different dog food or allow my dog to starve due to the ineptitude of your company. I have been loyal to you for over 12 years and this is how you repay me. If the order does not arrive tomorrow (27th) then I will take it that you do not value me as a customer and no longer want my business.

Been waiting for a delivery since 3rd of January, been phoning last two days and no answers on phone. Ran out of dog food completely so having to buy other food for my dog. Shocking experience and poor service

He has been very helpful in helping me to choose the right food for my dog which at the time had some food allergies and gone of food a bit . Before I moved back to Devon from the USA I made an appointment to see Matt. I was worries that transitioning my 3 dogs from USA food would cause upset tummy, plus I had no idea which foods to switch to. My dad has always used Trophy and his dog does very well on it. Matt spent 45 mins with me going over each dogs activity levels, age and breed and we decided on which type to give them. When I arrived in Devon with the dogs he dropped over the bag, he met the digs and evaluated them again and made sure I had the right measurements of food for each dog. He was incredibly thorough. The dogs love the food and I get compliments on their coats all the time. Can't speak highly enough about Matt. Always polite and ready to drop off a bag at a moments notice Trophy food is better than any food I have given the dogs in the past and the health of their coats and bright eyes prove it.

I have had my Golden Retriever, Buddie, since he was 9 weeks old, now nearly 2years old .. I was recommended Matt Trophy Torbay and so glad I was. Matt has guided me though the early stages of puppy nutrition to his general wellbeing healthwise throughout each stage of my dog's growth, Matt's recommendation of the Life Style Premium feed has been excellent. Plus with the additional items provided by Trophy Pet Foods of chews and treats ! has seen Buddie grow healthy, without the need for me to look at Supermarket Commercial brands. Even my vet has recently praised how well Buddie's growth is.

We have two rescue dogs that were suffering with allergies and someone recommended Trophy food after the online 'natural'food had actually made them worse... I ordered sone and was quickly contacted by the local rep, "Matt Trophy Torbay" who arranged speedy delivery and was helpful and knowledgeable about the ranges of products. He is happy to drop off whatever I need, whenever it suits me and the dogs allergies have settled down. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend not only the product, but the service given 100%
