Shocking service since December 2022, if you order online then it never comes , every month I've had to email asking where delivery is, get a different answer every time, which is normally out of stock, surely the system should stop you ordering if there's no stock, or even Trophy could let you know there a problem before you have to contact the. Been buying Trophy for 15 years, not sure if it's worth continuing. And to make the reviews high Matt of torbay gets 5* reviews every week, hopefully that's not the same Matt that reply to the negative feed back on here

We have been using Trophy Pet Food for about 3 years now and wouldn’t change. Food always delivered when I need it, so we aren’t over run with lots of food. Treats are good value and have a higher nutritional value than other makes. Yogi is always happy to see Matt and eagerly waits a treat every time.

Matt is amazing. He’s so knowledgeable and helpful, fantastic with our nervous dogs too! Highly recommend! Our dogs always struggled with bad tummies and Matt took the time to sample different foods, talk us through what would be best and the ideal portions etc and we’ve not had any issues since- incredible!

Matt has been looking after my dogs for well over a decade now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I have had two dogs with special dietary requirements and Matt doesn’t stop until the food balance works, always there for help and advice, it’s way more than a food delivery service and I can’t recommend him and Trophy highly enough.

Our dog wasn't herself and went off her food. In the day I contacted Matt(Trophy Torbay) He was round the same day with advice! He left sample bags of food to experiment with my dog (sample bags great idea for situations like this) and by the end of the day we tried a new food which made a difference. Matt checked on our progress and we are so appreciative of his knowledge amd support. This is clearly more than just a job for him.

We have only been using Trophy Foods for the past year, after it was recommended by our dog groomer. Initially, for our Labrador and our Newfoundland (Sadly, now just our Newfie 😢) They both love the good quality food. Matt, from Trophy Torbay, has always been so helpful - giving us advice as to which foods would suit them best, and the ratio of wet to dry, tweaking this, along the way. And all delivered to the door. I would definitely recommend. It's a really great product - with an excellent service. Thank you.

Our two rescue dogs were suffering from itchy bad skin and bad breath, we were recommended atrophy food and contacted the local representative. Matt Trophy Torbay was knowledgable friendly and cheaper than online, our dogs loved him and he has continued to deliver their food which is good value, and most importantly has relieved the itching and improved the bad breath! I started using Trophy food when was recommended for my dog Jacob who had a skin condition. Moving to hypoallergenic food cleared it up lovely and never came back. No more biting and scratching. I have since had 2 other dogs who have had nothing but Trophy food and truely love it. Matt is great, I just drop him a message and he drops food to my front door, great service and if i have Any questions or troubles, he comes by and answers them ( always with treats in his pockets to make the boys happy to see him) can't be any happier with service Trophy foods supplies.
