Delivery was prompt. The test itself was fine but the instructions with the test and the information/instructions on the website for registering and inputting information were different. Getting registered was a pain - it kept refusing correctly-inputted numbers, refusing to accept a perfectly correct email address and so on. All very stressful. Results came through very promptly

The kit came quicky, and I sent my sample off as early as possible and to the earliest post as possible. The team in manchester only receive the samples in the morning (if they get them in the afternoon post they may not be able to process). It take 24 hours for the sample to reach the site- none of this is said anywhere on their website. I called the following morning to see if my sample had arrived- it had not and the advice was to paid a higher fee to get a rapid test. That what I did and now I am out of pocket for double the cost of the original test. They needed to be much more transparent with their testing timelines and potential delays. I was also told they do not process on sundays- so even if they got my sample late in the day they would not be able to process it until monday- the day I was due to fly (I would have still needed a travel visa_ which is what the test was for) and this only added to my stress!

These tests were perfect for my family trip to Cyprus to see our father in law who lives here. Thank you for such a speedy and convenient test service

First LFT’s for the children needed so I was feeling anxious. I ordered Thursday night, arrived Saturday morning. Same kits as what we’ve been used to from NHS/work. Easy to do, easy to upload. I got one result back in a couple of minutes. The other, I never got an email for. I left it the 2 hours, started to worry as we were leaving for the airport. I logged into the system as it was there, completed a few minutes after submission. Arrived in Greece - no one even checked… still, I felt like all went well and I would use the service again.

Very prompt Covid results - a numbered swab test is posted to you, you do the test, wait 15-30 min for the result, upload a photo of this to their website and get a certificate emailed to you typically within an hour. Useful for foreign travel if you wish to avoid the clot shots.
