United Kingdom | 28 March 2025I bought this test for £54.99 from boots, I was expecting quite a detailed report back. When I received the report it was the most basic of reports. I was advised to eat lemon juice, mint, pepper and 2 others. I was also advised on salt which I find unbelievable as I’ve never had an issue with blood pressure or any problems with drs blood works. Lastly the report advised jumping jacks, push ups and 1 other exercise. This is the most basic of basic ( something a child could make up on a computer for a school report) and I’m talking a 10year old and below. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This company should be ashamed of what they charge for such an awful service. There are others out there which are cheaper and give you a more detailed report. Boots need to rethink who they allow to sell in there stores. I have checked junk Mail and normal mail and received no email. And there’s no link on your reply for me to answer

Ireland | 23 March 2025After dealing with chronic fatigue for 6 months , doctors wouldn’t check my ferritin levels. I bought a ferritin rapid test in boots and lo and behold , came back abnormal. Have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow. Thank you guys as this is a big step in my recovery and I can use this test to advocate for myself!

I come across them on the boots website and had been looking for an affordable DNA test for the longest time. The test arrived quickly, packaging was nice and sturdy, instructions were extremely clear and informative, returns process was super easy and I received the results within the 7-10 days window that they specified. My only gripe would be that I received email notification that the test had been received at the lab but then had no further updates thereafter and no notification that the results had been published, maybe a glitch with the system. The results were really informative and not what I had expected, it has helped me to make some informed decisions about my health.

I used the intolerance test kit as I have been feeling unwell recently and found I was at substantially high risk for gluten intolerance and caffeine sensitivity, which supported my suspicions. The test was easy to use, with straightforward instructions, and was quick to return results. The dietary changes I have made as a result of the test have already had a massive impact on my life. I would absolutely recommend these tests to anyone in a similar position.

United Kingdom | 08 February 2025Endless IT issues, overly complex process, unprocessed first sample, delays with issuing replacement kit and disappointing doctors review (simply told me to contact my own gp! - well that was helpful. Much better companies out there providing this service and at much lower cost.

United Kingdom | 29 January 2025Absolutely ridiculous service. I tried activating my test and after logging out. I cannot login as the system says it doesn't recognise ny email address. Yet, I have emails to say that the email address had already been registered. I have tried activating the test with a different email address but even that won't work. I have had to send my test without registration as I would lose the quality of the sample and let's not forget the money I have already been charged. I have contacted them via email and yet nothing. I have had no contact from them which means a link cannot be made between me and my sample. Still waiting for this issue to be resolved. Edit: Someone has been in touch now and the test has been activated. Let's see what happens with results. I will then reconsider my review. Khatman

United Kingdom | 28 January 2025The rapid kits are not good, I've used many kits like these from other companies with no issue, but the issue with this companies ones is the dropper. It doesn't work properly, the instructions say place over the bleeding area without squeezing the dropper and the blood will go up it (it does not) . Wasted my money on 2 kits

Morocco | 28 January 2025paid £54 and sent my sample via their postal tracking system. Because it was sent via post in the mist of the festive period, unfortunately my sample was not processed. I left it over a month and had no contact from the company. When I made contact with them, they advised I’d need to pay again a discontinued amount to do the sample again which I think is disgusting. Biggest con and waste of money, I may as well of burned £54 pounds.
